10 Royal Academy / Stats
After a long day of travel, the ship finally arrived in front of the Academy. All the youngsters were already awake, their eyes filled with awe as they looked at the seven grand towers nestled between three majestic mountains.
Alec, Carcel, Lara, and Mia stood together, having formed a bond during the entrance test. Many other participants had also formed groups. The ship hovered above the Academy before landing on a large platform in the center of the seven towers.
Once George gave the signal, everyone disembarked from the ship, taking in their surroundings with a mix of wonder and respect. They had finally set foot inside the prestigious Royal Academy! For them, it's like a dream come true!
The Vice Principal motioned for everyone to follow him into a building. As they entered, they were greeted by a grand hall with a central stage. A beautiful, shimmering crystal floated in the middle of the stage.
The hall was empty, with no one occupying the audience seats. George approached the floating crystal and gazed at the young people with a smile.
"All of you would have been thinking, 'What is this thing?' This crystal floating in front of you was invented by an Elf. And because he was one of the Principal's friends, he gifted one to us. This crystal is a special privilege only available to Royal Academy students. After touching it, you will make a small connection with the planet's origin core, and everyone will be able to see the different skills they have and the stats of their body!"
When everyone heard his words, they were all shocked. Leaving the skills aside, if they can see the stats of their bodies, they will be able to easily find out their weak points!
After calming down the excited crowd, George explained the crystal in more detail. He told everyone that the crystal would count everyone's skills and measure everyone's strength, mana, rank, and other special body traits before showing everything in ranks. Also, after making a connection with the planet's core, the youngsters just need to think about their stats and they would be able to see their stats anytime, anywhere.
Regardless, only the person touching the crystal can see their stats. And the color of the crystal will only reveal one thing to George - the person's talent.
The new students were all excited as the teacher standing behind George started calling their names one by one.
"Lara Everfrost."
Finally, a familiar name was heard. Many students recognized Duke Everfrost's name as he was very famous. Everyone looked at the orange-haired girl, walking toward the stage with pride. When her name was called, silence fell over the crowd.
Lara placed her hand on the crystal and pondered her stats.

George glanced at the crystal, which displayed a dark orange color and nodded with a smile.
"(SS)-Rank talent! Incredible!"
All the students gazed at Lara with respect. Almost 80% of the students who passed the entrance exam were (S)-Rank or (A)-Rank, so seeing someone with (SS)-Rank talent made them envious. Even Kyle, standing far away, stood on tiptoes to catch a glimpse of Lara.
'Hmm, she's kinda beautiful.'
He thought for a second but then got distracted by the other people around.
After Lara, more students were called to connect with the planet's origin core. A few minutes later, Carcel's name was called.
"Carcel Von Ainsworth."
The moment his name was announced, an even bigger commotion erupted. Everyone looked at the handsome golden-haired boy as he gracefully walked toward the stage. Some of the new students who were nobles knew that Carcel was the second prince of Kingdom Escalante.
Carcel didn't pay much attention to the attention he received, because he was already used to it. He quietly stepped onto the stage and placed his hand on the crystal.

Immediately, the crystal turned red and George exclaimed in a low, shocked voice.
"(SSS-)-rank talent..."
The crowd's attention was on Carcel, but when they heard the Vice Principal's words, they gasped in shock. (SSS-)-rank talent was a rarity that appeared only once every three hundred years! Even the Crown Prince had only been tested with (SS)-rank talent.
Reaching (SSS-)-rank was no easy feat. It would normally take over a hundred years to reach (SS)-rank, and in this dangerous world, some might not even live long enough to reach their talent rank.
After Carcel, Mia's name was coincidentally called. Though she was the daughter of Count Albert, not many knew about him.
Mia was beautiful, even more so than Lara. With her dark blue hair and sea-blue eyes, she looked like a fairy from heaven.

Even the teachers couldn't hide their shock, though, underneath it, they were surely happy. This year, they had truly found many great talents.
After a few more students were called to the stage, Alec's name was finally called.
"Alec."
George had already noticed Alec during the entrance exam and was confident that Alec would have at least (SS)-Rank talent. Not only the Vice Principal, but many ladies also couldn't help but look at Alec. After all, he was handsome with his dark blue hair and black eyes.
Alec stepped onto the stage and put his hand on the crystal, but instead of thinking about stats he thought of 'status'.
