That was Kim Sao Chen's first thought after completing two laps inside the frigid waters of the shimmering pool below the Diamond Globe. The pool still glowed with raw mana sparks, and should've transported him to the spiritual realm as was expected. The funny thing was, it didn't happen. He might as well had dived into a lounge pool for all its worth. 

Taking another look around and confirming that the portal of the pool wasn't active anymore, Kim Sao swam back to the surface, a deep wave of trepidation stirring up at the pit of his stomach.
