CCS-001 aka the mirror

You have arrived at CCS-001 containment chamber then the guards handed you a file containing information about CCS-001.

CCS-001 is a mirror that was found on a hotel in Alaska in 1992 by the foundation. CCS-001 is classified as level 1 and was being secured by the kcs 001 council.

Its anomalous abilities are strange than a normal mirror, it contains a reflection of yourself horrified banging the mirror and trying to get out, and on occasional seasons much more likely Halloween instead of reflection of yourself its a reflection of a Creature with no eyes with monstrous teeth, it smiles on whoever was using the mirror and will switch places on the user then the creature will use the mirror like a normal human like brushing its teeth and washing its face.

Then the user will be trapped in a dimension with other monsters similar to the first one and the user will try to break out horrified and banging the mirror and wanting to escape. Then the user will return back to its normal dimension while staring at the mirror with a reflection of the user horrified banging the mirror wanting to escape.

There had been a total of 1923 cases of people seeing their reflection in the mirror while 223 cases has encountered the creature in the mirror.

The CCS foundation containment procedures are to cover this mirror with cloth and lock it in the chamber with stone walls with no cameras or any reflective objects surrounding the mirror with guards that has to look in CCS-001 every week.

After you finished reading the file you walked to CCS-001's containment chamber, you took off your watch, and left your cellphone with the guards, you gave them your ID and the guards nodded then you inserted your level 1 keycard then the doors started to open, you saw CCS-001 covered in cloth you examined the cloth then the guard started to warn you.

"If you try to take off that cloth you might regret it"

You backed off then you made sure that there is no problems with 001's cloth, you exited 001's containment chamber and head towards CCS-002 containment chamber
