9 Just a little incident

Their first day at school began like any other day, in homeroom. Since the sister were new the other students obviously wanted to know more about them, so they bombarded them with questions.

"Why did you start the year late?"

One of them asked getting a nod from the surrounding students as they quietened down to listen to one of their answers. Momo thought for a second before answering that she wasn't sure, which got her a couple of whys from most of their classmates, which she ignored and began waiting for the next question.

"What school did you go to before?"

"We were homeschooled"

Momo says happily

"So then why are you here?"

A student retorted to her answer. After which she replied that it was for personal reason. Which it was but neither of them would say that it was to make friends because they didn't have any. Momo wouldn't say because she'd get embarrassed and Luna wouldn't answer either because she was starting to fall asleep after missing her mid morning nap.

*Bam*

A somewhat loud bang was heard throughout the classroom causing everyone in it to look towards where it came from. Momo also turns to her side only to see a guy of average stature with his fist on her little sister desk looking at Luna with anger on his face as he watches her head jolt off the desk stare at him for a second, then once again lay her head back down and go back to sleep, which only makes him angrier as her begins to berate her.

"What are you doing?! Sleeping in class is forbidden, I'll tell my dad to expel you! You shouldn't be doing that especially on your first day of school! You'll get into lots of trouble that you wouldn't be able to handle and it makes you look so unladylike! present yourself better, you are at a prestigious school for talented youths who will become leading figures of this nation in the future. I hope I don't have to repeat myself or I WILL have to resort to unpleasant alternatives to coerce you into a model student."

And as he says the last part he looks towards Momo with a cold glint in his eyes, which earns him angry glares from the female students except Momo who looks at him with an expression of pity because she can already see Luna's hair change from silver to orange as faint stripes appear in her hair meaning something bad was about to happen, this confuses him until looks of awe appear on his classmates faces as they look behind him. Following suit he turns around only to find Luna's clenched fist heading towards his face.

*Crack*

Cracks echo in the now silent room as the boy flies across it and hits the wall with a thud as he slumps down against it unconscious. Luna slaps him awake purposefully hitting his now broken jaw as she coldly looks at him as if he were an insect.

"Don't you dare even think about Momo, or you might not even leave this classroom let alone get into a position of power. Your pathetically weak and you still tried to threaten me, if I hadn't held back so much you would have been turned into a bloody paste, so if you even utter a word about my sister or me there'll be a new blood red art instillation on the wall."

She finishes and begins to walk towards Momo as audible gasps can be heard in the classroom, with some standing silently with fear for the new short student and others looked at her with awe and respect for dishing out punishment to the classes high-class bully. Shaking out of their stupor a few rush to the kid and drag him off to the infirmary as the rest surrounding Momo make way for the incoming Luna.

As she nears her sister Luna's hair changes back to the regular silver and a proud smile sprouts on her face along with a look that asks for praise from her sister. She gets nearer before suddenly transforming at a speed no one in the class can follow before jumping at her sister and landing on her lap.

This earns her pat on the head and a hug, exactly what she wanted. Ignoring the looks from everyone in the room Momo talks to the cat.

"Thanks for sticking up for me sis, but mum's gonna be angry at you... Maybe. Actually she'll probably be on your side if she finds out what he said about me, so good job sis, but you should behave better from now on."

"Nyaa-!"

Luna meows before curling up and falling asleep on her sisters lap completely ignoring the dumbfounded looks from the nearby people that heard, as they had began to worry as they finally realised that Luna had punched the headteachers son.

Soon after the day begins and like you would expect Luna slept through all of their classes, she occasionally got called on to answer questions because they wanted to get on the good side of the headteacher, but instead Luna would just lift her head up and look at the board for a second before answering the questions as if she already knew everything. Like this, the day approached its end when the sister pair were called to the headteachers office.

Throughout the day the headteacher had been attempting to call the Yaoyorozu's parents in only to be left told that they were busy and that a message could be passed on. This greatly annoyed the below average looking obese man as he thought that in his position he was at the top and that some new child's parents should already be in front of him as soon as possible profusely apologizing on their knees. Obviously he had been informed about the new students however he didn't pay any attention to them, only glancing at them shortly before thinking that his son could handle them. This thought however came crashing down when he was informed of his sons injuries, but before anger could completely cloud his judgement he realised that he could get more out of it by calling in their parents and that's what he did.

The sister were sitting in the waiting room waiting for their mother to arrive when the headteachers son arrives with tied up jaw because he refused to go to the hospital until the girls were punished. He looks at them with a smug grin expecting them to come to him and apologize, but instead they just ignore him which unsurprisingly makes him angry.

Kumi arrives after receiving a call from her daughters school stating that she needed to come in. She arrives and what she sees confuses her. One of her daughters is sitting with a smile on her face as she looks down at her other sister who is sprawled out asleep on top of her. They both didn't look like they were in trouble at all.

"Hey mum."

Momo says as she notices her mum arrive in front of her.

"What happened dear?"

Kumi questions as Momo begins to retell the heroic deeds of the little girl in her lap still completely ignoring the muffled shouts from the other side of the room.

"Sounds like you'll be getting a new headteacher by the end of the week."

Her mother exclaims with anger on her face. Afterwards she walked towards the room that the headteacher was in and came out five minutes later to the wailing sounds of a supposed adult male as he apologised constantly on hid knees to the back of the departing angry mother.

The trio then went home so that Momo and Luna can prepare for their next day at school.
