Somewhere inside the prestigious UA Hero School Ryoiichi was currently flipping through files and files inside one of the many offices of UA, After his encounter with Mina he was currently rushing as he isn't positive that she wouldn't tell anyone so he was of course in a timer if she did tell anyone.

"If it weren't for the fact I need a physical copy of their plans I would have told them about the damn plot on USJ" He was frustrated he knew about some parts of the future events of the world but he needed physical proof and there could be the chance of it changing due to him existing.

"No-" But before he threw the file away he halted as he got a closer look

(This Villain could be considered a significant threat in any UA events outdoors as soon it starts raining thus any future events that will be held has to occur in 100% sunny weather)

{Heroes that will be on standby will be Fire-type heroes}

"Do they really think I need it to be raining to control the water?" Ryoiichi only chuckled since unlike his predecessor he had more imagination the rule of his 'quirk' was that he could only control rainwater but it didn't need it to be active raindrops, so what did he do? he started carrying at least a few canteens and bottles of rainwater enough to turn himself to water by a bit but not enough for prolonged fights.

He threw the file as he began looking through the office once more before finally stumbling on the file he was here for

"Tsk, they really are holding every event in sunny weather won't be able to go in full blown combat I guess."

Ryoiichi began fixing the files he scattered to what they used to be minus the current file he was holding.

He was about by exiting through the vent once again but he saw something in one of the desk in the office room he was in, it was a small wooden cross something that made Ryoiichi look at it with annoyance.

"Savior my ass"

[Somewhere in a discreet bar]

"Hey Kurogiri"

"Hm?"

"Do you think he would be actually able to do it?, or did we just waste a few million Yen for nothing." but before Kurogiri could reply water leaked from the cracks through the door.

"There's your answer" Kurogiri replied as Ryoiichi began forming in one of the many bar stools as he slid a file towards Tomura.

"Done, and give me something with a kick just had a bad reminder of someone" Ryoiichi was obviously annoyed but Tomura and Kurogiri didn't know what and even if they did they wouldn't care as one was now cackling in delight and the other was making a cocktail.

Those words echoed through Ryoiichi's mind as he pictured the scarred lean and tall figure looming behind him with his signature wooden crown just like before but that was just his imagination as he looked behind him and saw nothing.

'I'll show you that I don't need your help.'

Before Ryoiichi could think any longer the cocktail Kurogiri made was given to him along with a safe containing the rest of his payment.

"Interested in another job?" Tomura grinned at Ryoiichi expecting a yes but instead all he got was a splash of rain water at his face and the once Broody figure now gone along with his cash and the cocktail.

"He took the glass."

[POV Ryoiichi]

I was annoyed today I went for months without seeing any images or depictions of the basterd and now I see one right before a major plot event happens?, this isn't a damn coincidence I know this was his doing wouldn't expect less from the presumed first Jojo with the strongest stand ability or abilities.

"I should really calm down.." I looked towards the building infront of me as I was perched on the edge of a cellphone tower and saw one of the many targets I got on my list of pending customers request, it wasn't raining so I knew I only had a 4 shots thanks to me only having a single canteen of rainwater and only 2 small bottles on me right now.

"Let's just get this over with" I drew water from the water bottle as it slowly took the form of an arrow but before I could shoot it I felt something coming towards my back.

Soon enough wooden branches we're now impaled through the ground where I once was coming from the annoying hero Kamui Woods

"NOW MT.LADY!" Stupid move screaming your attack next move.

I turn towards Mt.Lady who was about to turn gigantic but before she could I turned my arrow to chains and threw them at her and due to the fact I made them have spikes, thus if she wanted to grow she would have get critically injured hell even killed.

"CRAP-" I cut of Kamui by shooting my revolver at him 2 times he successfully dodge the first bullet but the second one was now in his left arm.

"KAMUI!" Mt.Lady tried to get out of the chains but sadly she was met with the spikes going through her skin causing her to bleed a bit.

"Now what we're you thinking trying to take me on?, did you think just because it isn't raining I won't be able to fight back?" I asked then making the illusion that I could use any type of water source with my quirk.

"Tsk!, just because Im injured doesn't mean I won't fight back!" Kamui used his remaining arm to launch branches towards me I of course dodge but then I suddenly felt myself wrapped in cloth.

"You two go to a medic this fight is over" Ah it's Aizawa didn't expect him to be on patrol despite their being classes in UA but then again it was around lunch time so he probably got called here, I looked at him and saw his eyes glowing he was using his quirk he probably thinks I won't be able to use my '𝘘𝘶𝘪𝘳𝘬'.

"Now let's go-"

"Shocking isn't it Eraser Head?" I looked towards the sleepy caterpillar as he was shocked to see me using my so called quirk with casting a blade made out of rainwater.

'If I'm correct the USJ event will happen today afternoon as tomorrow until a few days their would be a rainstorm as said on the forecast'

I looked towards the building of my target and saw him disappear so I only sighed in defeat as I now have to chase him after this and kill Aoyama right after UA classes.

"I'm sorry gentleman but I'm currently busy so would you please just move out of my way?, or need I remind you what happened to the other's who didn't." After saying that I saw Aizawa grumble in defeat as he knew he couldn't take me right now as his quirk didn't work on me and I can both attack from either distance of far or near and not to mention I have 5 bullets on my revolver and 10 extra bullets inside my coat pocket.
