/"I understand that. It’s a good idea. Of course, we can come up. Maddy will not be getting married without us all there./" I hear a gasp in the background and then Callie saying that she needs to call my mom. /"You should probably call your mom within the next hour or two,/" he laughs. I laugh and agree. Mom will probably call me before that anyway. /"I will get you mom and sisters all set up with tickets and what not. Everything on this end will be taken care of. You, Son…/" The pause makes me nervous, the chuckle doesn’t help, /"Just have to get my daughter to agree./"

/"I know,/" I sigh. I hope that it won’t be too hard. I had planned for this to happen one day anyway. Wasn’t planning on so soon but I won’t risk anything else happening. This has to happen, now.

/"You know,/" Colt starts again, /"if you aren’t ready. I will hire the best lawyers in the world to fix this../"
