Time passed slowly
Jin Wu continued reading techniques and updating all his skills while filling out the Martial Arts library in the City lord Mansion.

Mu Yu laughed and didn't care but Jin Reng was worried.
Jin Wu called Long Zi to the City Lord Mansion, telling him that he was going to use the Divine Stone. Long Zi came over and saw 29 other people. He was stunned and Jin Wu smiled, putting the Divine Stone in the middle of an array, sitting down as he said, "Recultivate back to your original realm, you'll get unstable if you go farther."
Several people snorted but the rest nodded solemnly.
Mu Yu yawned and sat next to Jin Wu, rubbing her nose.
Long Zi sat down, having returned to Foundation Building Level 1.
A while later
Breakthroughs exploded from the City Lord's Mansion.
The next day
Jin Wu was walking around the Mansion with Mu Yu as he said "I already told my dad about the plan. Mu Yu looked at him and tilted her head, "So what do we do now?" Jin Wu smiled and said "Now we wait. While we're waiting, we can implement other avenues. Start making the clothes designs, I'll start with the Phones…"
He rubbed his chin and muttered to himself, "Very technical stuff, should I make a Flower Diagram tower?" Mu Yu was dazed and they separated as Mu Yu went to talk to Liu Ying about the clothing situation.
Jin Wu walked to his courtyard and sat in the grass, sprawling out all sorts of materials before taking out a plethora of tools. He held the Divine Stone that was still practically full of Energy, staring at it for a while as he started thinking.
He toss the stone in his hand while thinking.
He mapped out a detailed sketch in his mind, connecting a huge amount of arrays.
He started working immediately, taking off his robes and revealing all sorts of neat muscles. He called over his maids, having them help him by summoning various elements.
Jin Wu started working, forging metals and engraving arrays, talismans, formations, etc. As the time passed, many things happened all over the city.
The Teng clan disappeared overnight.
Teng Lin vanished.
The Alchemy stores all over the city changed hands as more lifestyle methods started appearing.
Jin Wu continued working for days, very focused. The item seemed to be a tree! It even had bark lines and everything. Jin Wu continued to work tirelessly as Golden Willow city changed drastically, many clans leaving or disappearing with others prospering through various industries.
Jin Reng finished up Jin Wu's plan, taking back his Nascent Soul Cultivation from the Head of the Su clan.
The Su Clan head laughed nervously before leaving quickly as they made a contractual oath to heaven. Jin Reng thought that Jin Wu's plan was good but having them take an Oath would cement the plan to a foolproof status.
Jin Wu didn't even know there was an Oath… But Jin Reng did, so it wasn't really an issue.
Long Zi opened up the Everlasting Willow shop while the Su Clan opened a Golden Silk Clothing shop. There was a formation shop, array shop, weapons shop, etc. Whatever you could think of and the City lord Mansion had a hand in all of it!
Jin Wu compiled several thick books for every lifestyle profession, having JIn Reng pass them to the various clans. Mu Yu took care of the Clothing side and Long Zi took care of the Alchemy side.
Everything was going smoothly, Jin Chen was beaten by Jin Reng and told that he would marry someone he chose, not a wild woman from outside. But it was only for him, the rest were fine.
Jin Wei and Long Zi met before separating, Jin Wei wasn't exactly interested but she was very polite and courteous. Of course, she didn't want to offend anyone, making a friend was better than making an enemy.
She was also told of the grand plan and her eyes glowed brightly. She was very happy with this, only Jin Tian was upset, feeling that his chances of being the City Lord were getting smaller and smaller.
He went to see Jin Wu, but the maids told him to leave as Jin Wu was busy. Even Mu Yu was turned away.
Slowly but surely, a month passed by.
Jin Wu stepped out of the courtyard and exhaled smoke, his eyes extremely bright.
Mu Yu looked up and smiled happily, "Finally!" Jin Wu looked at her and grabbed her hand, dragging her away as he said "I did it! I did it! Hahahaha!" Mu Yu waved like a flag in the wind as Jin Wu dragged her out.
They came to the back courtyard of the Mansion, it was a huge area of grass in a wide open space. There were 4 hallways to different buildings all made of marble. It was exquisitely beautiful!
Mu Yu sighed, "How pretty." Jin Wu looked crazed, "I'll show you something even more beautiful!" as he started digging up the ground with his hands.
Mu Yu watched as Jin Reng walked out, shouting "Boy! What are you doing?!" Jin Wu retorted, "Shut up, old man! I'll blow this house up, I swear to god!" JIn Reng shivered in anger, almost coughing up blood.
Liu Ying looked out from a window, smiling gently, "Little Wu~ What's going on?" Jin Wu smiled happily, "I made you a gift, mom." Jin Reng coughed out blood, holding his chest in anger.
This difference in treatment!
He was going to beat this damn kid silly!
Jin Wu shoved the light ball containing the spirit vein into the ground as the entire city started shaking.
Everyone looked alarmed as Jin Wu laughed at the sky, flipping his palm as a massive Willow tree appeared out of nowhere!
Everyone looked up in shock as they started at the strange willow tree.
Where the hell did this tree come from?
Jin Reng stared at the tree, the trunk was black with lines all over it while the leaves were bright blue, shimmering in the sun, sparkling like stars. He suddenly shouted "This! Not real?!"
Liu Ying and Mu Yu were dumbfounded, staring at the tree as Jin Wu jumped up, climbing into the tree and taking out a diamond shaped stone with countless mini formations all over it. He replied with a laugh, "Of course! I made the tree! It's all engraved with formations!"
The maids looked at the tree and sighed, "So pretty. The young master is a genius!" Liu Ying looked at the girls, asking "Girls, what's this tree for?" the maids shook their heads and smiled wryly, "Reporting to the Mistress, we don't know." Liu Ying looked back at the willow tree, muttering "It's beautiful, but what is it for?"
Jin Wu put the Divine Stone into the slot in the middle of the tree crown before jumping down.
He took out 5 different colored root shaped items with 20 small different colored rings. He installed the roots and rings into the base of the Willow tree before covering them all with the dirt.
He clapped his hands and said "Done!"
The Willow tree suddenly lit up brightly, shooting a beam into the sky as a loud dragon roar sounded.
Everyone looked up as the beam exploded into an umbrella that covered the entire city as the air started getting thicker with Qi. A massive cloud appeared in the sky, raining down on the entire city.
Jin Wu placed Medicinal Plants all around the tree in the courtyard as it started raining pure Qi, making the energy in everyone's body bubble up.
Jin Wu looked at the sky and laughed, "It worked! Ahahaha!" Mu Yu looked at him and felt the Qi in the air continuing to increase quickly, climbing up faster and faster as she asked, "Was it not supposed to?"
Jin Wu touched his nose and smiled, "It was! But there was a chance it would explode and kill everyone in a 90 mile radius." Mu Yu was horrified, "You made a Nuke?!" Jin Wu coughed and corrected, "A little stronger."
Mu Yu stepped back, "Maniac!" Jin Wu waved and looked at the Willow tree, smiling happily.
Jin Reng looked at the tree and didn't understand the word nuke, but he knew that an explosion was a bad thing. He wanted to beat Jin Wu, but he was scared that if he touched the tree it would explode.
Jin Wu smiled and took out a flat device, smiling "You have no idea how amazing this tree really is! It's not only a City Wide Guardian Array, or a Qi Condensation array, but also an internet and signal tower!"
He pointed at the leaves and smiled, "On every single leaf, it can store up to 1 Yottabyte of information. The Range encompasses roughly the entire Eastern Portion of the Southern Continent." Mu Yu was dumbfounded, "So awesome?!" as she looked at the tree before being stunned silly.
The System recognized the Tree as a proper item that can be signed in for!
