While Kevin and Leo were in their rooms, Rico was preparing some necessities for all of them. He found Tia standing and doing her work, so he went to her and said: Excuse me, miss?

She said to him: Oh, hello, sir. Are you complaining about anything?

He said to her: No, it's very nice here, but I just wanted to get some necessities for me and my friends.

She said to him: Why did you tire yourself out, sir? You could have called me from the home phone and I would have come to you right away and brought everything you need.

Rico said to her: I don't like this. I don't consider tiring a girl out in her job and treating her like a maid to be my morals or morals in general. I have had a principle since I was young that my father taught me, which is to serve myself and not let anyone serve me. This is not moral at all.

She said to him: But I work here, sir, and it is my duty in my job to serve everyone.

He said to her: I still can't believe that a beautiful and kind girl like you works in such a job, your place is not as a maid in a place but your place is higher than that.

She said to him: I am forced to work in any job to provide money for my family, no matter what kind it is.

After that, the manager came and said to me (Tia): Why are you standing here and not doing your work, Miss (Tia).

She said to him nervously: I was seeing that man if he needed any help.

(Rico) said to the manager: I am the one who called her, sir, she did not bother me in anything and did not do anything, I was getting some needs from her.

The manager said to her: Why didn't you go to their rooms and see what they wanted and prepare it for them?

Rico said to him: I am the one who asked her to do this, sir. She wanted to do it, but I refused. I like to prepare everything myself. The truth is that I really liked staying here with my friends, thanks to her commitment and continuous service to us. Therefore, I advise you to give her an incentive reward for that. She worked hard today serving everyone. The manager said, surprised by Rico's words about Tia, and amidst Tia's surprise as well: Aaaaah, okay, Miss Tia, you will get a big reward tonight for the happiness of the residents in the place and their positive comments about you. After that, the manager left, and Tia was happy about what Rico did for her. Rico said to her before he left: Remember my words well, Miss Tia. Rico left, amidst Tia's surprise at Rico's strict and wonderful behavior that distinguishes him from anyone else. Then Rico went up to the house and found Leo and Kevin waiting for him. They said to him: Why are you late, man? We thought the cat killed you with laughter.

Rico said to them: You are silly as usual, you festival people.

They said to him: Why didn't you bring that beautiful girl with you?

He said to them: For the last time, we don't want problems here, guys. We don't want to be the cause of problems for that girl. Well, she is an ambitious and noble girl who is pursuing her dream through that job.

They said to him: How did you know all this about her? Were you at her house or what? 🤨

He said to them nervously: No, but I saw all this on her from my imagination.

They said to him: We did not know that you understand people at first glance. You are more like me, the mind reader who is loved by all girls 😅.

He said to them: This is very funny, you two idiots. I brought you the things you want. Now let's go to sleep until we wake up angry and take a tour in this beautiful and picturesque place.

(Leo) said to him: You are right. Good night, guys.

After that, they all went to sleep. In the meantime, (Tia) was at the manager's office. The manager said to her: Miss (Tia), here is the bonus I told you about. It is an amount of (5000) as a reward for your diligence with us here in (Casa Plaza) since you took up the job and for the beautiful and remarkable opinions from the residents here about your proper and wonderful dealings with them with all precision and discipline in everything. Remember that this bonus is just a small amount, nothing more, and they may increase many times over if you see better than that in your work. We agreed.

Then Tia said to him: We agree, thank you very much for this Mr. (Ken).

He said to her: No thanks, it is my duty now, go to your private room and sleep because tomorrow we have a lot of work to do because as you can see people have started to flock here in large numbers in this place which means an increase in work so good luck to you so that you have a good night.

After that, Tia went to her room and went to bed and remembered (Rico's) beautiful words and this is what gave her a big push to pursue her dream and after she got to know him it seems that what is coming will be more and more.
