105 105 – Sloth to the World

The air shattered in front of Lucian and a crack opened in space, a sinister red glow crept from the cracks, something was coming through.

Oddly Lucian found himself in a state of strange calmness as the object within the crack came into view, he reached out to the glowing object and grasped upon a familiar tome.

It was the familiar and comforting Destitution of the Soul, a book of greatness, a book of power, and as it floated through the air it hummed a brilliant red, a box of the mana cores that had arrived in his room soared through the room and passed through the barrier of the gods, as if it didn't exist, and the cores began to rain down upon the book.

As core after core fell upon its pages the eery red glow grew in brightness and the pages began to spiral open upon familiar words.
