A low, tense buzzing sound filled the tech lab; Hiro's heart monitor's steady beep was the only sound. Tisha was hunched over a holographic screen and tapping her fingers in an erratic pattern.

Her face was red with stress. Lyria paced around restlessly. The only sound that broke the silence was the scraping of her boots on the ground.

Suki slammed her fist on the metal surface of a different console in the corner. The sound of the hit echoed around the room.

"Dead end," she spat, her voice raw with frustration. "Hiro's neural imprint is a locked vault, the key buried with Nova's shutdown."

Tisha straightened, her brow furrowed. "We knew it wouldn't be a walk in the park, Suki. You are still trying to recover yourself, so don't sweat it okay? Relax and try again."
