95 A Sham Wedding

In the hotel room in New York, there sat Mei Hanagata. She finished taking a bath and sat on the chair, enjoying her wine this evening as she stared outside her window, overlooking the skyscrapers of the city. 

Her shopping with her mother ended hours ago, and she's now left alone in the room, waiting for the purchases from the shop to be delivered. 

As Mei was looking outside the window, a melancholic expression appeared on her face. The moment she looked at her side, she saw a small little box on the table. 

Nonchalantly, Mei got the small box from the table, then opened it, revealing an expensive red diamond wedding ring. 

Mei scoffed. She got the ring from the box, wore it on her finger as she scornfully looked at it, a sarcastic smile appearing on her face. 

Since Mei is going to marry an old rich man, she thought that she had every right to buy what she wanted.
