81 Chapter 78

Jin timidly rest the side of his head against Hiro's sturdy shoulder while his cold palms were positioned flatly alongside the man's temperate chest, warming himself as Hiro effortlessly carried him towards the glossy barstool sitting at the very corner of the room. The heels of his oxford shoes created a soothing soft thud as it hits the carpet floor and Jin listened to its calming rhythm, his legs nonchalantly swaying from side to side as the man continues to advance forward.

He moves his head nearer to the man's warm neck, nestling to him closer as he withholds his eyes to flutter close.

Warm. It's warm.

He suddenly feels sleepy.

No one has ever carried him like this ever since he can remember and the feeling of being cared for and tended to this extent overwhelms him.

But it wasn't an upsetting or troublesome feeling.

He's more afraid that he'll get used to this warmness and eventually become too spoiled at this point.

"What time is it?" He whispers against the man's neck and he felt something shortly touch the side of his face before the heartfelt moment ended, rather too brief for him to open his eyes and grasp what grazed him.

"Four in the morning," Hiro whispers back to him as he vaguely bends his long legs and knees, and with one hand, he grabs his vest and suit jacket that was hanging peacefully on the couch's backrest.

When he reaches the sleek barstool, he first laid the vest flatly above the cold marble stone before carefully putting him down and his behind could never have been warmer than in the grasp of his warm hands.

"Four?" Jin lazily opens his eyes, and he flutters them cluelessly back at him, somewhat half-awake.

"Yes, four."

Hiro grabs both of his thighs and wraps them around his waist, which Jin does as he obliges without uncertainty.

"Wear this," The man says authoritatively as he holds out his jacket behind him.

"That early?" How many hours was he unconscious?

"Yes, Jin-ah. That early." He emphasizes and repeats.

Jin spreads and stretches his arms inside the too large suit jacket offered to him, "It's big."

He whispers, astonished as Hiro buttons up all the buttons he can find, making sure to cover every skin of his slim arms and thighs.

Hiro hums and leans to give the sleepy person a wake-up call, "It looks better on you." He compliments and took advantage of his drowsy state by stealing a few kisses from him which worked.

Jin nods his head and rubs his eyes. He looks down and studies the thick material covering him.

His hands were hiding inside the black sleeves and the material pools and hangs all the way down to his knees. It was big on him, big enough to consider it as a trench coat instead.

His lips purse at how comfy and warm it feels inside, and above all, it reeks of Hiro's scent. Hmm, not bad.

"You're one large person."

He brought the sleeves to his nose and smelled Hiro's calming dominant pheromones, and he wonders if his clothes are all custom-made.

"Large?" The corners of Hiro's lips lift in amusement at his little sprout's pure words.

His nifty fingers move to Jin's hair, fixing and neatly tugging a few strands of his hair towards the back of his ear while Jin innocently nods his head at his responding question. Why is he repeating everything he says?

Hiro captures his small head between his palms, his amused eyes studying the way his tired amethyst doll eyes flutter up at him in confusion. He leans and gave his irresistible earlobe a small peck before the whispering words escape his lips, "Which part of me?"

When he backs away, the young fellow parts his lips.

Jin blinks and stares up at him, and suddenly he's awake. His head continuously tried processing what he just said and unknowingly his ever bit tainted mind had wandered elsewhere.

A small sly smile appeared on Hiro's already grinning lips, "Yes, Jin-ah. Everything does." He murmurs sweetly and rubbed his warm cheek against his stiffened ones. "Do you trust me?"

Jin breathes, his whole existence being sucked up in his gorgeous wicked smile and beautiful dark eyes. They were gleaming with so much warmth and he was mesmerized at how dazzling they were to gaze unto.

He was breathless as he silently nods his head, gone the interest he was showering the silk rope a moment ago or his wandering astonishment at his incomparable large clothes and instead focused all his attention on his human heater in front of him—a very attractive heater he is.

"Answer me," pleads Hiro. His strong arms swing under his parted knees and slowly lift him off the stool.

Jin immediately wraps his arms around him again, "Yes," he softly responds and rests his forehead against his. "I trust you."

Hearing that was the most endearing hymn to the man's ears.

Hiro's touch slid and traced inside his too large clothing and hospital gown. His palms grope his impeccable behind over his thin garment and his fingers knead and rub them repeatedly from time to time.

With his jacket too large against his little sprout, his brazen act could be as unnoticeable as possible, "Then close your eyes." Even if Jin has to be naked underneath, it should be safe—

Jin suddenly buried half of his face against the man's sturdy shoulder, his cheeks now flushed in complete bright red as he slowly closed his eyes.

He sways his legs casually from the side, and though he's curious about what was the big cougar planning, he kept his lids close as promised. Now that he thinks of it, a day has already passed and that means his mother's wedding will be held tomorrow.

Out of nowhere, a strong and forceful gush of wind brushes the side of his face, catching him off guard. The tendrils that Hiro tucked behind his ear loosen and freely dance in the air at the side of his head. His brows creased as he hangs on to Hiro for dear life, clueless about what was happening, and then all of a sudden, it stops.

What . . .

Hiro shoved the side of his face against the back of his head, "Open your eyes." He whispers.

Jin slowly opens his left lid then followed by the other, only to see they were now inside an unfamiliar place.

Hiro was standing inside a gloomy area and still had him carefully in his arms. After seeing all the different cars parked everywhere, it seems that they are inside a parking lot that's considerably too large for a clinic to have.

He didn't know what left him thunderstruck and speechless. Was it the fact of how ostentatious a simple clinic could offer from what he has observed or the unheard questions inside his head as to how they got here when he didn't even feel Hiro took a step?

But he's sure either side had left him baffled and anxious.

How did they travel all the way here?

And he swore the windows inside that room were sealed closed.

The strong wind . . .

Jin slowly loosens his grip around the man's neck, afraid that he was choking him since a moment ago and he stared at the now unreadable slate black eyes cautiously staring back at him, carefully reading his reactions.

"Now, do you still trust me?" Hiro mutters, his voice was low as if he meant for him to hear it alone.

He can see the apparent fear taking over his once placid umbra eyes and albeit his doubt of reality and science, he nods his head at him in resolution.

Because despite all that, he still does.

Seeing the same innocent radiance inside his round eyes in clear sight, a sigh of relief and a lopsided smile trace Hiro's thinned lips as he shudders, ease and comfort finally flooding his whole dark existence.

Jin hums, and soon, he felt the same warm wetness that touched his cheeks a while ago brush against the tip of his nose while still clueless of the stiffened and hardened bodies of men on standby around them.

"I'm one lucky man."

Hiro says to him, his grinning face illuminating and radiating through the entire lot, unbothered by the paused and ceased breaths on his radar.

Jin shakes his head, "And that makes me the fortunate male lead's weak brother." Who would eventually say farewell to the world in the middle of the story.

He murmurs whiningly and Hiro's laugh upon hearing his downhearted comment echoed throughout every secluded corner in the car park, piercing eerily through the shaken hearts of his people with their gaping mouths already drawn and splattered on the floor.

Painless, but deadly.

It was a phenomenon that they concluded could be their gateway to heaven.

"Let's get you inside the car."

His moody cougar said in between his laughs with his hand covering his grinning face while his other squeezed his left behind, still couldn't move past what he said and Jin just nodded, further hiding his face to his shoulder while trying to process what part from what said was funny.

This peculiar man is not just mysterious, but truly mental too.

"Shu."

Hiro calls and clears his throat as he quiets down.

Shu jogs towards his master and stops a meter away from him, making sure to keep his distance with his feet together and hands on his tablet.

"Thoroughly searched?"

Shu stiffly nods his head, "Twenty percent from the usual average collateral defense. Twenty-nine conceivable structural damages with two major malfunctions on the vaults." He flips the tablet in his hand and shows his master the blind spots discovered in the wide-ranged area that's dimly structured and poorly planned.

And with a heavy and trembling heart, he just wished the devil would spare the famed figure who runs the establishment.

Resting his cheek against Hiro's shoulder, Jin dozes himself from their incomprehensible conversation, but before his eyes gave up on him, he starts to notice and familiarize someone standing from the distance, and though it was too dark for him to see, he raises his arm and waves his hand at the person he recognizes.

It's Shun ahjussi.
