20 The Xuan Abyss

On a stone depression a small black badge is interlocked. Bright white lines shine all around the badge. After the light fades part of a mountain tremble and a gate made up of black stone appears in front of the carriage.

"Hahaha success, you are my lil lucky star Hahaha come, come let's go to the bottom of the abyss" The alchemist laughed excitedly and brought Fang Yun and the cart into the gate.

After passing through the gate they see black mountain ranges that stretch as far as the eyes could see. Some have valley criss crossing around the mountains.

"Hahaha we made it to this god forsaken place absolutely no one will come and look for us here in this barren waste land let's go and find a place to live this is our new home kid hahaha" The alchemist looked at the waste land with joy as he patted Fang Yung's back.

One chair is at the top of the room while all the other chairs are lined up opposite from each other. The man sitting on the top chair looks as old as a corpse but his eyes shone with a profound light, he wore white robes that had a sigil of a pill, cauldron and fire on its back.

The others wore similar robes. In front of the top chair a person is kneeling down on the ground, not moving an inch.

"What are you here for, Shi Yu" The man sitting on the top chair asked.

"Disciple has found an Alchemist in Lin Town, this disciple thinks he's the four clover master" The man kneeling was shaking when he said the 3 last words.

"Wh-What? are you certain about this"

"He left Lin Town just when the aura of the ancient pill appears, I suspect that he was the one who took it away."

"Heavens, Call all the Alchemist units and tell every respective power to search for the Four Clover Master, Spare no cost to find that Bastard" Anger appeared on the old man's face.

"Big bro I can't go on anymore I need food, please big bro give me some FOOD!" Fang Yun stared at the alchemist with a pleading expression.

"Oh I forgot you had to eat sorry kid, why didn't you ask earlier hahaha" The alchemist laughed while pulling the reins on the horse.

"Fuck, I though we don't have food because you didn't eat but now you say you didn't need to eat?" Fang Yun's eyes turn red and look at the alchemist like he wants to kill him.

"Hey, hey don't curse at me, I'm your senior here, have some food pills, I got duck, chicken, beef and apple" The alchemist took out four pills that had a carving of a duck, a chicken, a cow and an apple.

"Give me all of them!!! I'm so hungry" Fang Yun grabbed all the pills and gulped down all of them in one go.

"Hahaha that will keep you full for a whole month, wait where are we?" The alchemist looks at his surroundings carefully. In front of them is a ridge that seems to separate two mountains apart, beside it is a small river that flows down the ridge.

"Hahaha Perfect this will be our new home" The alchemist throws a pill under the ridge, the pill explodes in a straight line, after reaching around 10 meters deep. The pill exploded in a square of around 30 meters.

The Alchemist and Fang Yun dragged all the things inside the cave, before the alchemist threw hundreds of concealment pills to cover the location of their cave. Fang Yun waves goodbye to the horse before he and the alchemist push it down the ridge.

"Fuck I didn't want you to push it down I wanted to drag it in the cave, Fuck that horse was expensive" The alchemist slapped Fang Yun on the back of his head.

"Ouch, I thought we were pushing that's why I pushed why didn't you say so?" Fang Yun looked at the alchemist feeling wrong.

"Fuck geez whatever I mean we won't be going anywhere soon any way come, come let's decorate our new home" The alchemist brought Fang Yun inside the cave.

Inside the cave After a few days of decorating there are 3 rooms, the first room is the Alchemist pill concocting room, the second one is where all the books and scriptures that belongs to the alchemist are kept and the third room is the bathroom.

The Alchemist walk around all the three rooms with a look of satisfaction and turn around and brought Fang Yun to the study room "You won't be able to cultivate until you're 15 and doing nothing should bored you to death, doing alchemy isn't possible either because you need qi to circulate flame energy, So the only thing you can do is study kid. Read all of these books, I'll test you on them from time to time".

Fang Yun looked at the alchemist in shock "What, I thought you were the one staying here and I can go on an adventure".

Fang Yun opened the book and read the contents inside "What the I have to remember all of these vegetations and plants? holy shit there are more than 10000 and this is just the first chapter, damn I got screwed"
