"let's watch a movie"

Alfred walked beside the quiet Jack to the parking lot He had not spoken to him since he sat beside his father.

"Babe, Babe " he called. Jack stopped and turned to him with a blank expression. "are you okay?" Alfred asked.

Jack nodded turning away and trying to hide his tears. Alfred moved closer to him raising his hand. His fingers wiped away the falling tears.

"If you want to cry don't hold back and let it all out. I will be here to hold you tight " he said.

Jack gazed at him as his tears began to fall again as Alfred pulled him in.

They got home, and Alfred push Jack to the bathroom telling him to take a bath and head him something to eat.

Jack came out of the shower to see Alfred bring in the food he had made.

"Get changed and come eat," he said Jack got dressed and sat next to Alfred on the bed.

"What did you make?" he asked watching Alfred scoop the soup with a spoon

"Chicken soup, here have some then rest " he moved the spoon to his mouth. Jack moved closer and took it into his mouth.

"It's good " he gave a faint smile.

Alfred pulled Jack under the covers after he was done eating and watched him sleep. He called Camilla after he left the room

"How is he, " she asked.

"Jack is resting now but tell Chris not to worry I will take care of him," Alfred said.

"Thank you, Alfred "

"He my fiancee after all I love him. Take care of yourself and those two " he said.

He moved back to the bedroom and lay down next to the sleeping Jack holding him close.

Camilla sat back down next to Chris holding his hand.

"He resting now, Alfred is watching over him," she told Chris and his father.

He had woken up a few hours after Jack and Alfred left.

"He must have been so hurt " Chris's father sigh

"Don't worry yourself now, Alfred is with him now so he will be okay " Camilla smiled.

"Milla is right all you have to do now is rest and listen to the doctors so you can get better soon " Chris added.

"And Jack will be here tomorrow, I told Alfred to bring him after his well-rested "she said.

He had not asked about his wife and neither did Chris say anything about it. He had been informed that she didn't appear in the hospital since his father got admitted.

Later in the evening Rachel and Ray returned with Ritah. They bought some food for Chris and Camilla.

Ritah ran to Chris's father the moment they arrived and hugged him.

" Old man you scared us, it's good your awake now," she said.

Having almost suffocated in her tight hug, he coughed while nodding.

"Thank you for caring, Ritah " he coughed.

Camilla giggled and pulled Ritah away, "Be careful his still weak " Ritah backed away apologizing for her carelessness.

"Did Jack leave, did you guys manage to convince him to go back and rest? " Rachel asked.

"Yeah Alfred took him home," said Camilla taking a piece of melon Chris to feed her.

"Camilla you should head home too and rest remember your pregnant " Chris said as he fed her.

"You both should go and rest, you have been here the whole day. I can look after your old man till Alfred and Jack arrive " said Ritah.

"I don't think I can trust you with my father " Chris frowned seeing how Ritah was hovering over the weak man.

"Why not? I want to help and I can perfectly take care of him trust me " Ritah muttered.

"Chris I will be okay, take Camilla home she needs to rest and so do you " his father let out.

"Love let's leave Dad to rest now too, Ritah will inform the doctor and us in case of anything " Camilla pulled him up.

Chris listened to his wife and got up, "Dad I will see you tomorrow" he said hugging his father.

"Ritah takes care of him please, " Camilla said as they all left. She nodded and waved them goodbye.

Not having their car around Rachel and Ray dropped them home.

"Love are you sure about leaving Ritah with Dad. she seems a bit....unsafe " he finished.

Camilla giggled, "Don't worry Ritah will take good care of him "

"But Bestie we both know how clumsy Ritah is, will she look after him," Ray asked.

Camilla nodded, "My father-in-law is not blind like the two of you, he already knows Ritah likes him. That's why he agreed too "

"HUH?...." both men exclaimed.

Rachel laughed cause she too had noticed.

"See even Rachel knows " Camilla laughed.

"I noticed during your wedding, that they danced beautifully together," she said.

"Dad did?" Chris asked.

"But I didn't see them do...." Ray frowned.

"Love you were so busy with me you didn't notice anything and Ray was busy with Rachel but she was able to see them " Camilla chuckled, "anyway the point is that Ritah likes my father-in-law and am sure she will do a good job of taking care of him "

"I hope you're right, love " Chris muttered.

The nurse bought some food and medicine for Mr.Huntsman. After taking it Ritah feed him his food.

"The doctor said you should rest so the medicine can do its work, so go to sleep now," she said tucking him in.

"Am not sleepy yet " he said.

Ritah frowned and pulled out her phone, "I have some movies only phone, let's watch some till your sleepy " she said. He nodded.

She moved to the other side of his bed and smiled.

"You know you rich guys enjoy VIP services, now this bed is so huge it can fit five people. So let's share it" she said.

He smiled back letting her get on his bed, he watched her lay back and choose a movie on her phone then pressed play.

They watched together in silence.
