Cambridge here I come
After the party, Sammy and Roland went home alongside Kate and Bella. Sammy took the wheels given that Roland is drowsy while Kate sat beside him like a fan girl. She couldn't believe she was kissed on the cheek by this handsome guy who's driving the car. What annoys Kate is the fact that he doesn't look like someone who kissed her. With his full attention on the road Sammy didn't glance at her for once. She put up her act well by doing somethings on her phone then occasionally peep at him however, he didn't even look at her for once. Sammy on the inside also wasn't fully focused but was looking at the most beautiful lady he has seen.
Bella sat at the back seat alongside her boyfriend who was spewing out nonsense. She didn't bother herself with him but rather engrossed herself in her mobile phone.
Seeing that she didn't glance at him at all. Sammy was disappointed but couldn't do anything about it. Love can't be bought with just looks. Despite knowing he has little chance and how wrong it is to even think about courting his friend's woman, He still wish she feels the same way for him.
Kate and Bella got down along the way when they got to their hostel. Kate gave Sammy a good bye hug and quickly introduced herself to him again even though Roland has done that initially.
"I'm Kate Watkins, Bella's Roommate" She said in a blush.
"Sammy, as you know" Sammy said smiling softly
"Yeah" She nodded grinning.
Sammy also expected Bella to hug him like Kate did but he was disappointed she just smile and wave at him after leaving Roland's grip and left alongside Kate.
The guys got into the car and headed home. Sammy finally decided to let go of his freaking thought about Bella. Roland is his Best friend, he has accepted a lot of things about him and given a brotherly love he never had. How would he feel if he knows the thought he has Towards his girlfriend.
Time to let go of such thought and walk on the path of Friendship with her while he faces the new adventure ahead of him.
'Cambridge here I come' Sammy said in his head before drifting in to the Dreamland.
"Bella, Roland's friend Sammy is the real definition of being handsome." Kate who's mind has been wandering to Sammy and her encounter with him.. The kiss scene was still replaying in her head. She wished he had decided to go for her lips and not her cheek. She wanted more. ' I'll make him fall in love with me. He's mine'. Not being able to curtail the happiness to herself, she decided to share with her best friend Bella.
"This blue eyes, brown hair, perfect jaw line... Well structured nose, those perfect lips.... I want to kiss them" She added grinning like a girl who just met her celebrity crush.
"It seems someone's in love here" Bella said. Although from what happened in the party, She could feel that Sammy doesn't feel the same way about Kate but not wanting to spoil her friend's mood she just decided to go with the flow. And 'who said Sammy has to fall in love with her on their first meeting?' she thought. Thus she decided not to say anything.
"Is it so obvious?" Kate didn't deny or retort but rather confirming and giving Bella the how-do-you-know look.
Bella smiled and started teasing her friend.
