Arthur and I banged and screamed until we ran out of energy to keep going. My initial thoughts were that Elizabeth was behind this and didn't want me to fight, so she had the guards lock in the room. I grew enraged and made a spell to blow the door open, whether it opened it or destroyed it, I didn't care. I had Arthur take cover behind me, but as I was casting the spell, the door unlocked.

I got worried that someone may have heard me, but a figure in a dark cloak entered the room. He took off his hood and the hostility in the room rose drastically. Why? It was Zephyr.

I asked him how he had gotten on the ship, but he just silently studied my face before greeting Arthur. Arthur, however, mentioned that the Zephyr he knew was long gone, and that he was a stranger.

He questioned Arthur's word choice as he studied me up and down, so I got annoyed and conjured a fireball. Instead of trying to defend himself, he simply looked me in my eyes and asked me if I wanted to know about my mother. Arthur was greatly against it, but I wanted to know about my mother, my real one, so I gave into his temptation. He then wandered around the room as he told her story.

A young sorceress, desperate to escape persecution, went to Ceres looking for a better life, and she found one in the man she married and had a child with. He was lucky with dice and owned a bar. He put down the dice after the child was born, but one night, the prince went to his tavern and played him in a game. He lost all the money he had on him and cut the man down where he stood.

The woman, now, took her child and went to the only other person she could trust, and spent eleven years on the run. On the twelfth year, the now king found her, and impregnated her against her will, but she still managed to escape his grasp. A few days before the baby was born, she visited her first born for the first time since she gave him away and they spoke of each other's adventures while catching up on lost time.

A few days later, there was a baby on the palace steps and the body of a woman, who wanted to spend her last hours free from everything, was found in the harbour. I was that baby.

In disbelief and confusion, I asked him who the child was, and he said it was him. We have the same mother. Zephyr and I are half-siblings.
