The secret room

The prince sighed " I am sure it won't thank you" he replied as the nurse left and he went back to the girl.

As she woke up the others left the room, she looked at him as he stared at her " that's a gold gaze" she said to herself.

"Martin I... " she said,

"Don't apologize for getting hurt, I have noticed ever since you came here you have been getting injured and it's weird, relax I will come back later I have some things to do" he replied,

She smiled gently "okay".

As he left a little while after Excalibur came by her side, she looked at it and saw it has a crack, she flung off the bed "Excalibur has a crack how is that possible?" she asked herself as it glowed gold and a black writing appeared on it.

She grabbed the sword, switched on the room light for it was already night. The girl then sat down on the bed and tried to translate what was on the sword.

A little while later, she understood that was not the real sword it was just a replica meant to find the one and you can only see the writing if you are the one, she sighed "then i have to find the real Excalibur and this one will lead me to it" she said to herself as it disappeared and she laid down on the bed.

When it was time for dinner Martin came in the room only to find her fast asleep on his bed.

He sat on the bed as his eyes glowed white and he placed his cold hand on her body at the same time she woke up :what are you doing?" she asked,

"Trying to heal you" he responded,

Her eyes widened and she grabbed on to his hand and took it off of her as she sat up,

"What's wrong?" he asked,

"Nothing but you cannot help me or else your father.." she said,

He sighed "i didn't think about that" he replied,

"Clearly but thanks" she said,

"Okay come on let's go for dinner and be careful around Luka" he replied as he helped as she got off the bed.

She went with him to the dining hall, upon seeing her Luka stood up and walked to her, he leaned in and hugged her, the girl eyes widened and the prince folded his cuffs in anger as the king smiled wickedly "i am sorry" Luka said then raised up,

She smiled "it's fine" then sat down with Martin.

As they began eating the king decided to start a little trouble "you two seem to have become friends" he said,

Charlotte lifted her right brow "i wish i can stab your right now" she said to herself,

"No but i am sure we will be" Luka said,

"Yeah sire there is nothing wrong with being friends" Charlotte said,

"Absolutely correct" the king replied as he drank his wine.

After they finished eating, Martin went to his room and the princess took a walk in the castle.

While she was walking the girl heard the king talking to someone "you failed to do your job, find out what the princess knows" he said,

"Sire she knows nothing that's why she came here with Martin in the first place" the other person replied,

"Oh well let's keep it that way, leave" he said,

"You son of a bitch" she said to herself as she looked at his photo on the wall in anger.

She then kept walking until she arrived at the library which was huge, she looked around and found a book on dragons when she pulled it the shelf moved and there was an opening behind it.

She hesitated before entering but she did anyway, while walking down the stairs all of the lanterns lit themselves and Excalibur appeared in her hand.

As she arrived at the bottom she saw the round table which looked like Arthur's, she looked at it and kept walking, while doing so she saw a dragon's scales, the girl gasped and held on to the sword.

There were scales everywhere and it was creepy down there, she then found a stone and it seems that was the one that Excalibur was in when Arthur first pulled it, the sword will only answer to the true king or queen in some people cases.

Charlotte then saw the shadow of a dragon, she started to tremble for it was only the skeleton there, the girl then started to tremble for the king was a dragon rider which means he has unimaginable powers.

She then touched the dragons bone and then started to see flashes of how he died, it was the king that killed him, he had a brutal death, she fell to the ground and started panicking.

Excalibur then started to glow and teleported her to a forest, it was dark but the sword showed her the way, while walking she saw something shining from a distance, as the girl got closer she saw that the real sword was there in a huge stone.

On the stone she saw a writing it says "whom ever is worthy of it's power will be able to pull it out of the stone and those with evil intentions will turn to ashes upon touching it".

She took out the replica of Excalibur and placed it on the stone near the real one, the girl then inhaled and exhaled then placed her hand on the sword and without any effort the sword came out easily and the lightning started to flash.

The king looked through the window "seems like we have a thunderstorm" he said to himself.

After pulling Excalibur the replica disappeared and her eyes glowed gold as the sword lit up in gold and a gold marking appeared on it which had her name engraved in between.

The sword was absolutely stunning but she was afraid that someone might recognize it but then the sword changed it's appearance into a normal one and she smiled as it took her back to the library and she closed the secret room and went to Martin's room as if nothing had happened.
