1 The past - part one

"Nonsense..." The girl turned off the tv and left her room to go to the bathroom, there she took her time to wash up and put her glasses back on after. She went back to her bedroom and dressed into her school uniform. A custom made one because she wouldn't fit into the official one, which biggest size was L in Korean size but the girl wears the size 2XL with the height of only 165cm.

The name of the girl was Baek Seol-Mi. Despite being rich and having a father who owns a private academy like Highschool and a former actress and model, being graced with natural beauty as mother who now owns her own fashion line named 'Snow Beauty'. This company was named after Seol-Mi, her name consist the two words Snow and Beauty. She never felt like a part of the high society, where almost everyone was rich and beautiful. The ones who weren't in the beginning bought themselves the desired beauty. Everything and everyone felt fake for Seol-Mi, she never even found one real person.

Seol-Mi went downstairs for breakfast, her mum and dad waited for her at the table. "Good morning Eomma*, Appa*" she smiled gleefully and was hugged by her mum "oh there's my beautiful and smart little Highschool girl~" her mother squealed having a huge grin plastered on her own red tinted lips. "Honey, you will suffocate our princess." Her dad let out a joyful laugh.

After breakfast she was driven to school, there she was followed with disgusted faces and whispering "Hyung*, look! What a fatty" or "Omona!* I think we should start our diet again Eonnie!*"

"You're right we don't want to end up looking like a pig right?" Seol-Mi just rolled her eyes, she was used to such empty headed persons who only cared about looks and status. But were they to blame? The adults were showing them that way of living afterall, they're just little puppys following what others shown them without thinking about consequences that may follow by their actions.

* Hallyu ~ Korean wave, which means the phenomen of the sudden spreading of korean culture around the world. Including korean music, food, literature, history etc.

Hyung ~ Has two meanings, it's eather big brother or a way a boy/man calls another boy/man who is older than himself and if they're in a friendly relationship. (Even if the age difference is only a few days.)

Omona ~ A call out of surprise like Omg and such.

Eonnie ~Just like Hyung but for girls calling older girls/women. (Older sister)
