The king who ruled the world like none.

He held a golden cup that granted a long life,

The cup that knew the answers to all.

He did many great deeds and built a lot,

Yet his death was pitiful and unjust.

Jamshid wasn't forgotten by the time,

His name and fame is still alive.

However his kingdom is no more,

Nor his great world seeing cup.

Many search for his hiden treasures,

Yet they fail to find any jewel nor his golden cup.

The palace where Jamshid held his cup,

The doe and the fox now rest and sup.
