He knew his bad reputation and the lack of charisma will become a stumbling block in his path, thus, he thought of a plan, yes, a plan to not only unify the kingdom but also to bring it to newer heights in terms of development. But how will he manage to fabricate "heavenly" stuffs from his previous life when he didn't have the system or an extensive knowledge about engineering? Thus, Virtya Mariov came up with a plan... "I will build Shanghai, Tokyo, New York and Dubai. All these cities will stand in our kingdom!" Virtya uttered determinedly before he stared at the disoriented crowd which was giving him weird looks as if he was a clown. /"What is Tokyo city? Is it a new delicacy? When did our king start to cook for himself? Ok, What about New York? Is it a carriage?" The crowd was ablaze as Azuhai denizens discussed among themselves.../

Osip Minsky

Virtya finished his speech and walked out of the shade. It was only Tanya and Alexandre who accompanied him as they were covered by the umbrella shield into the carriage.

After all, both Vlad and Grisha were left behind to unfold the education system and the agricultural sector. Virtya had done his part and he had financed both the agriculture and the education sector heavily. He was only awaiting for the results.

In his plan, Virtya had talked to the required officials about how he would unfold his plan in the education and agriculture sector and they had all agreed that after Virtya initiated it on the Whiten city square, he would then leave this work to Vlad and Grisha who would go from district to district, city to city as they ensured that Virtya's plan had been upheld.

No one in the crowd uttered a word as their mouths remained agape. Even the ones who had planned to sabotage this meeting didn't do a thing as what was going in everyone's mind was what Virtya had just said.

Losif Angeloff was a small scale farmer in Whiten and he couldn't believe what he had just heard, for the first time, the Whiddiff palace had talked about the agriculture sector and they were going to be serious about it, he could not wait to be among the people who would meet with the high priest to see what the king had presented for the farmers.

On the other hand Osip Minsky came from Polkok district and he was here by mistake after he heard that king Virtya would talk to the people of Whiten at this place. Osip together with his gang from Polkok had planned to pelt stones at the king but after they heard that their children could now go to school and they could also be employed by the Whiddiff palace, they were agitated, they could not believe this.

At last, a job opportunity had shown itself. After all, a person like Osip had an innate talent in masonry and he couldn't refuse this call, he had declared in his heart that he would be among the first people that would upgrade those buildings that Whiddiff palace had set aside to be used as classrooms, that way, he could earn money and also take his children to school. Furthermore, Osip himself had also planned to go to school and learn how to read and write, maybe, the king might choose him as one of the people who would build this kingdom.

However, there were also other people who didn't believe in what the king had said.

"What is New York? Is it a carriage? What about Tokyo? The king has said that it is a city but it sounds like food to me, what was the king talking about, I don't understand, could someone explain it to me..."

"King Virtya has said that we are illiterate, was he insulting us? I am sure I know stuffs that even Virtya himself doesn't know, who is he to say that I am illiterate!"

"Virtya must die, I don't know why I was disoriented back then, I shouldn't have listened to his sweet shitty words that were full of lies. I should have stuck to my plan, damn!"

"I heard king Virtya saying that he wanted programmers, what is that... Or can it be that I was hearing things that don't exist????"

There was noise and confusion but no one was impudent enough to start a scuffle. The important people exited from the shade one by one and they were guided out of the city square by their own goons. On the other side, the denizens in attendance left one by one until only a few were left loitering at the city square.

But from then on, the word spread and no one in Whiddiff was calm.

Will Virtya fulfill what he said on this day at the city square or it was simply his gibberish?
