Catalina Brisbois

"Forget it! I just wanna sleep right now. I know that little chick is waiting to brawl with me. I should be going to fulfill her wish." After saying this to Alexandre, Virtya stood up and headed to his bedroom within the palace. Two robust knights with their hands on the hilt of their swords walked side by side with the king as they escorted him to his bedroom.

When they reached at the door leading to king Virtya's bedroom, the knights opened the door for him and stood in front of it after closing it.

"My beautiful Catalina, how have you been? I know you have missed my presence for a long time today, right?" Virtya asked the little girl that was sleeping on their bed.

He didn't really like sleeping with a little girl on the bed even if they were married. The olden days was sure something else that should no be allowed in the modern world. How could something small like Catalina be married to him? Virtya had declared in his heart that he was going to erase some stupid cultures in this backward world, the coming of age is a good example of what he had to fix. He had declared to bring the legal age from 13 years to 16 years. After all, in this world the legal age in most of the kingdoms was 13 years and sometimes 10 years.

"Don't forget what my dad told you, it is for your own good and the betterment of this kingdom and its people." Catalina didn't smile as she said this before she turned around and stared in the opposite direction. Virtya could only see her back.

"My cute Catalina, my lollipop. I haven't forgotten anything. I am still working on something and the moment I finished whataver I am working on. I will officially hand over my role as the king of this kingdom to my  father-in-law Shura Brisbois II, I will then degenerate to a mere Duke of Whiddiff city and live with you a happy life as your father protected and watched over us..." Virtya said as he walked sluggishly towards their bed. He then sat at the edge of what was supposed to be a mattress according to him but that was not it, his butty sat on a hard surface that was barely soft. He couldn't help but curse.

'Damn! How am I gonna sleep on this thing, my whole body would be sore the moment I woke up. Fuck! ... How I wish I had a mattress.' As if that was not all, Virtya heard what he didn't want to hear.

He was just planning to lie comfortably beside Catalina but he then heard this,

"You can't sleep with me. How many times have I told you this? If you want us to sleep together, then you will have to give my father this kingdom."

Virtya was speechless. He stared at the floor where his predecessor had been sleeping for a whole year and he could not help and curse again and again. This was truly getting on his nerves. There was nowhere in this world that was in his favor but if he was a king and he could not even find luxury for himself, what about those paupers in Polkok district?

Apparently, Shura Brisbois II who was the father of Catalina and the king of Magyo was only needed to offer assistance to Azuhai kingdom in case it was attacked by its neighbors, that was what was sighed by Shura Brisbois II and Virtya Markov on the papers but who would have thought that Shura would get back on his words and greedily ask for the whole kingdom just because Azuhai was at its weakest?

'Damn my  greedy father in law, just wait and see.'

Of course the previous Virtya could not fight back because he loved Catalina and he didn't want to create a discord in his good relationship with his father in law.

Secondly, the weak Azuhai could not win a fight with a stable Magyo kingdom that was supported with many powerful dukes.

Thirdly, Azuhai kingdom depended on Magyo kingdom's influence to shun away any greedy neighbouring kingdom from overwhelming them.

This made the previous Virtya to be in a dilemma if he should just give his father-in-law his kingdom and the live with Catalina a happy life or go to war with his father in law so that he could protect his reign.  He didn't knew what to do.

Virtya knew that he couldn't faze king Brisbois II by threatening to kill his daughter because king Brisbois had many wives and children thus, losing a child could not faze him unless the child was the crown prince whom he loved.

Clearly, through his craziness, the previous Virtya turned to use all the revenue to increase his forces but he was also having second thoughts about giving up his kingdom to king Brisbois after seeing how beautiful Catalina was every single day.

After all, this little Catalina had never allowed Virtya to f*ck her and when Virtya thought about this notion. It seriously drove him insane in that he couldn't wait for the day that Catalina would give herself to him thus, the previous Virtya had not yet made up his mind about what he should do. He kept postponing this problem and it birthed too many inner demons in his mind and this was what made him to rush to Polkok where it's suspected that it could be the place where the previous Virtya was poisoned to death.

'What a shame! My predecessor didn't even get a single chance to sleep with his anticipated queen... But he must be a fool. His sexual appeal should have been zero. Too bad she is still small. I wish she would have been a mature girl above 16 years, if it was me Virtya Markov from the modern world, I  wouldn't have cared shit if she was the daughter of a stupid king or an aggressive lioness. Seduction and love is what catches the heart of a girl and after that of which I know I wouldn't even have to go past a single day and this girl would be falling down for me asking for my love, that would be the time when my sexual appeal tactics come in... Ahem! I tell you, this girl would have already been f**cked by me a long time ago, she wouldn't be asking me about his father's bullshit but she would be asking for more penetration instead. The previous Virtya was a total dumbass dick.' Virtya said this internally before he lied on the mat that was on the floor. Actually, Virtya had forgotten that he failed to woo his beautiful workmate, who was he to correct the mistake of his predecessor?

Anyway, This mat was the place where the previous Virtya had been lying on for a whole year.

One should know that even if there were other rooms that Virtya could sleep in, he couldn't do that because of  his security arrangement,

Moreover, he didn't want the little Catalina to raise an eyebrow thinking that he was having second thoughts about the plan of giving up on his kingdom to king Brisbois II.

Just like that, Virtya turned back and forth the entire night until the morning came.

"It's time to make the book of technology useful but before that, I have to give out the ministry roles." Virtya uttered before he was lead to take a hot bath.
