He knew his bad reputation and the lack of charisma will become a stumbling block in his path, thus, he thought of a plan, yes, a plan to not only unify the kingdom but also to bring it to newer heights in terms of development. But how will he manage to fabricate "heavenly" stuffs from his previous life when he didn't have the system or an extensive knowledge about engineering? Thus, Virtya Mariov came up with a plan... "I will build Shanghai, Tokyo, New York and Dubai. All these cities will stand in our kingdom!" Virtya uttered determinedly before he stared at the disoriented crowd which was giving him weird looks as if he was a clown. /"What is Tokyo city? Is it a new delicacy? When did our king start to cook for himself? Ok, What about New York? Is it a carriage?" The crowd was ablaze as Azuhai denizens discussed among themselves.../

A deal with the merchants (c)

'This cladding that they call the cargo pant, I think it will look nice on me, right? I didn't thought that other than the suit, there are other designs of clothes. We as the people of Litbridge, these small kingdoms will surpass us one day if we engage too much in racial wars. I didn't imagine that even our claddings could have different designs. This is surely an eye opener.'

As one should know, Virtya had already introduced these merchants to the exclusive cladding which was the suit that they were wearing and it was only now that he was showing them the other designs of clothes and they could not help but be amazed and shocked. Virtya wanted to grab the market in the Litbridge kingdom through these merchants because he himself could not sell in the kingdom of Litbridge if he was not a citizen of any kingdom in the northern continent, thus, he had to use these merchants who came from Litbridge in the Northern. One should know that, the Northerners were the most advanced continent in this world and they had managed to stretch their claws in almost every kingdom in the rest of the world as they mine their resources and give these kingdoms a small share. They have yet to step in Azuhai because Azuhai didn't have any value.

"Your majesty, if you don't mind me asking, how did you do it? Even in Spiold, the produce is not as rich as this, this is actually my first time to see a grain of barley with this size, what is actually your trick, is there something more to it?" The silent Helena asked with expectation.

"Still... We haven't finished our business, we can talk about it later..." Just like that, Virtya and the merchants came to a consensus about exchanging a desirable item for another. No money was involved and thus, Virtya saved the coins in his treasury. The mechants would be given a hundred ships of food and that would be it. Even if they didn't come to Azuhai with many ships, the merchants had decided to buy other ships from the ship factory in the kingdom of Litkesh because Azuhai was not making any ship.

Eugene would have to go to Golton harbour with the merchants and finalize the transaction, after all, even the ten million gold coins that Virtya made for selling his merchandise to the merchants could not just be carried around, the merchants would have still be forced to go back to Golton so that they could carry the gold coins from their ships into the carriages and then the gold coins would be transported to Whiten under heavy security.

In addition to the plough, Virtya gifted the merchants a few farming tools and the carriages.

"We are touched to receive this treasures from his majesty, your highness... just say anything that's within our hands and we can do it to satisfy you." Avril said earnestly. She had gotten the information from Virtya that it was the plough which was behind their high yields, this made the merchants to handle the plough as if it was their baby, this thing would change the world for sure not to mention other farming tools that made the work on the farm much easier. Just look at the clothes and the furnitures, they couldn't wait to test them themselves.

"What I want you guys to do for me is something simple." Virtya took this chance to bring up what he had been wanting to act upon for a long time. He paused for a moment which made the merchants to swallow hard as they thought that he would ask them for something big.

"I want you guys to connect me with other merchants from the Northern. I have bigger projects that would need much raw materials so the more the merchants the better. I will also be selling some new interesting stuffs in the future and you guys will be the bridge that will connect me to other markets." Virtya finished. The merchants waited for him to add something more but nothing came from his mouth bringing awkwardness to the table.

"Just that?" Gilles could not help but ask curiously.

"That is it."

A consensus was finally met and each side was satisfied. The merchants would bring more of their counterparts to Azuhai because they had promised to do what Virtya would ask them because he had gifted them the plough and some carriages.

Furthermore, Virtya allowed them to make copies of the ploughs and the carriages in their kingdom if they wanted and he would not interfere with that, After all, Virtya alone could not make many farming tools to satiate all the kingdoms with just using the blacksmiths, after all, even in Azuhai kingdom itself, there was still a demand for farming tools but the supply was low because there was no iron or machine that could just create the tools perpetually and at a fast speed, it was the humans( blacksmiths) that created these tools and they had to rest and also make something else just like currently, Virtya ordered the blacksmiths in the blacksmith guild to continue fabricating the wheel for the carriages.

Anyway, it was now time to start driving towards Pollow district, Yes. All the goods had already been packed on the carriages and it was now time to move. As the harvesting continued, Virtya was going to start the production of cement and the cannons because he now had the money to start this project. As one should know, he had made ten million gold coins from the sale of the clothes and countless bags of barley to the merchants. What he simply needed right now was to find the remaining ten million gold coins to make it 20 million for the project to progress without being stalled. Virtya was sure that he would find the remaining amount with no time because there was still his produce in Chanya that he could sell to other kingdoms for money.

As one should know, barley could not simply make food like gruel alone, no, it could also be used to make brew and animal feeds.

Meanwhile, Marina Petrov was a small scale farmer and a resident of Polkok district, she was among the people who rejected the ideas of the king that they should topdress their farms with putrid waste because they thought that it would defile their lands and their crops. Polkok together with their neighbors from Lithao Province didn't harvest much like the other farmers who followed Vlad's directions.

Marina Petrov and other farmers from Polkok district could only regret for their foolish decisions.

Anyway, with the merchants from Litbridge kingdom gone, Virtya was now planning to start the production of cement and the cannons. He also didn't forget think about creating a wind mill in every village as it was what the people needed to mill their cereals and stop relying on their own hands to do the tiring and time consuming job.
