The Strong Should Oppress The Weak

Alexa sat in a park eating a burger and sipping on a coke she'd gotten with the last bit of cash she had on her and was now dead broke. She'd changed out the soggy clothes she had on and wore a short gown with a pair of sneakers.

"Dang, what am I going to do now? Making money in this world isn't easy. There aren't quests I can just take and get gold, I have to g- wait a second…" Alexa suddenly got an idea.

"Don't I have world teleport? I can just go into one of those worlds, get some gold and come back. Although the time limit for world teleport is one week and it has a cooldown of 3 weeks" Alexa sighed as she analyzed.

"Dang it Morpheus, why do you have to make me stay here?" Alexa said lamenting as she trashed the burger wrapper and coke bottle. She had made up her mind and she was going to get as much gold and precious materials as she could then sell them to a jeweler when she was back.

Alexa headed towards an alley and used camouflage before skywalking to the top of a building.

"Show me a list of safe worlds I can go to and give me descriptions for each one," Alexa said and a holographic screen appeared with five locations showing detailed descriptions for each.

"Okay then, it's time to go," She said after picking a kingdom called Granadia. But little did she know her little trip would lead to a rather memorable encounter.

Alexa activated world teleport after changing into some common battle gear for the fantasy-like medieval-themed world she was being transported to. She soon fell into the dark void she loved so much and arrived at her destination of course taking her time before she opened her eyes.

"So this is what you choose to do to make money? At least you didn't pick a world watched by one of the other divine gods. Which means you're prey to just the monsters here, a powerful reincarnated being, A hero or another Bugged Reincarnate who has world teleport" Morpheus said sighing.

"This is so cool! I'm an anime protagonist at this point, but why is meeting another bugged reincarnate a problem?" Alexa said excitedly but she was confused as to why Morpheus mentioned that she might be prey to another bugged reincarnate.

"You naive child. Only you and Varden are human amongst all ten of you" Morpheus replied agitatedly

"I hope you at least learned how to use the other weapons in the options least or the general martial arts and weapons knowledge?" Morpheus asked sighing as he looked at Alexa pitifully

"Wait a sec! that was an option? And who's Varden" Alexa asked shocked and even more confused.

'Just how powerful are the remaining bugged reincarnates if there's just ten of us?" She thought to herself.

"Very powerful if you must know. Also, you simpleton didn't you see a red notification bar blinking in your status bar?" Morpheus replied sighing even more now.

Alexa quickly opened up the stats bar and saw all the options available. She quickly activated them and all the info seamlessly poured into her brain in seconds.

Morpheus watched her with intense pity in his eyes as he imagined her facing one of the other bugged reincarnates in this state. They were all cold-blooded warriors with decades of battle experience who couldn't age and were almost immortal.

Alexa could only hear his voice in her head but Morpheus could see her and monitor her from the border.

"I need to go now so I'll leave you to your nonsense, but don't forget you can use world teleport to come to the border too and if you meet any other one of you, run! especially Varden" Morpheus said then cut the call.

"Dumbass thinks I'll run. I have the fighting knowledge and more abilities than the rest, why should I run" Alexa said to herself.

"Because you are weak" A voice replied her from behind.

Morpheus sighed as he continued his activities. Varden was sitting idly in a corner meditating when his ring started vibrating.

"What's that bastard up to now, I thought he had worked on his hands? why are there two- Morpheus is your pup in Granadia by any chance?" Varden asked immediately piecing up the situation.

"Yes, why do you ask? I thought you had no interest in her" Morpheus replied then pulled up a screen showing Alexa with her guns in her hand, both gold-colored because she hadn't infused any magic in either of them.

"In five minutes I'll go save her… if she survives" Varden said and went back to meditating.

Morpheus looked at the screen with rage in his eyes as he saw a light-skinned girl with fair skin and pointed ears. She was an elf named Diane, the fourth bugged reincarnate.

He didn't do anything and simply closed the screen and went back t work. If she won't listen to orders this is what she'll get.

"See I overheard your conversation with Morpheus, well just the last bit anyway. and you won't run when another one of us shows up because you somehow have the advantage right?"

Alexa didn't reply as she watched the elf jump down from the tree she was on.

"I see you're also as rude as you are cocky, what shall I do with yo-" Before Diane could finish her statement Alexa shot two bullets, one aiming for her head and another at her leg, but this was a horrible mistake.

"Your hun handling sucks compared to Jane's" Diane replied as her daggers were about to cut off Alexa's head when she suddenly changed to a cloud of smoke and stepped back.

Alexa's body shook from fear as she watched the dagger that would've most definitely taken off her head turns to a cloud of smoke alongside the wielder retract to the position she stood before.

"See my crush doesn't take disrespect very likely. You have a long way to go pup, for now, take this and don't leave your world until you're strong enough" An incredibly handsome guy suddenly handed her a bag and her ring automatically stored it when Alexa commanded.

As soon as Alexa stored the ring she felt a light tap on her head and everything went dark.

"Diane she's just a pup leave her be," The guy said.

"Hmph, when did you start caring about anyone but yourself Varden," Diane said as she glared at him coldly.

"I don't" Varden replied smiling as he appeared in front of Diane grabbed her waist, kissed her, and disappeared.

"You're lucky I'm busy now dumbass," Diane said, her face flushed red as she pouted and headed back to what she was doing.

When Alexa opened her she was lying in a park on earth looking at a screen informing her that she had died and world teleport had been locked for three weeks.
