Chapter 20: The Pack Home

As much as I would’ve liked to pick the pack name based on how funny it would be (Lake Elmo pack? Howard Pack? Come on) it was really more a question of what we could find than anything else. And Medina has a farm, complete with farmhouse and barn, that we can rent and probably eventually buy. The land isn’t really worth much of anything as a farm–there was apparently some kind of accident that made the soil bad. I don’t know, I’m not a farmer. But it’s a lot of land, a lot of rooms in the house, and a lot of “perfect place” for us.

We’re going to have to make a few construction changes over time, so that everyone has a bedroom with a door that closes and locks. For now, Alex’s bedroom has a wall that’s just a divider screen, and you have to walk through Freddy’s room to get to Helliot’s.
