1 Chapter 1

Its POV

It's midnight and I arrived home from a friend's party. My brother isn't home yet so I decided to go into the bathroom and get ready for bed. He returns from work at about 3:00 a.m. He told me to not wait for him to return so reluctantly, I went to bed.

-Time Skip-

In the morning, I woke up and got ready for school. When I walk into the kitchen, I see my brother in the kitchen making sandwiches.

Yoongi: Did you sleep well?

Y/n: Yeah. By the way, I have to go to work at the cafe today.

Yoongi: Alright then. Here, take the sandwiches for to-go then.

Y/n: Thanks!

I pick up my backpack and sandwich and go to school.

-Time skip-

I start heading to work after school. I work at a small cafe around the corner near by my university. It's been my part-time job ever since my parents were killed in a car crash. I don't know where Yoongi works because he never told me. He always comes home late so I've have never really stayed up long enough to have be able to put together any clues either. I stop mid-thought and realize I have to start serving customers. I put all your stuff down, and get to work.

Yoongi's POV

Once I made sure that y/n has gone for school, I rush to my room. I can't be late today or I might be in very big trouble. I grab my briefcase and get changed. I wear all black with a black mask and start heading out. The thing is, y/n can never find out about what I do for work. I'll tell her when the time is right but for now, it's better if I keep things a secret. I get into my car and head for work.

-Time skip-

I got out of my car once I arrive at a humongous mansion. This, is where I work. I step inside and see hundreds of guards. I pass them and they all bow. I head for the meeting room and open the door. There are 6 men and 4 women sitting at a long table. These are the members I work with.

Meet the mafia.

I bow to the man sitting at the head of the table, Jungkook. He is the head of the business.

The mafia boss.

This mafia group is the most feared in the nation. Each member has their own roles but I'm in charge of tracking. The mafia boss gestures to me to sit down.

Jungkook: Alright, now that everyone is here, when are the drugs we ordered coming in?

Jin: In a week

Jin is head of all drugs and medicines.

Jungkook: Good. And the new weapons?

Hobi: They haven't said when they will come. I'll make sure of it.

Hobi is in charge of guns and weapons.

Jungkook: Alright, Taehyung, fill Yoongi in on everything he missed, including our mission.

Taehyung: Of course sir.

After the meeting was over, Taehyung filled me in on everything.

Taehyung is in charge of fighting and training along with Jimin.

Namjoon is in charge of research.

The girls, Rose, Lisa, Jisoo, and Jennie are seducers on missions. Recently though, Jungkook has been on a mission of his own, looking for someone. Specifically speaking, he is looking for a girl. The Mafia's lover. But no girl has really caught the boss's eye. They either want him for his money or fame so even though it's been a few months, still nothing.

-Time skip-

A few hours later, Jungkook called us to his office. We had just finished the mission.

Jungkook: Good job all of you. You did a great job today. Let's go out for lunch at the cafe down near Seoul university.

My heart almost stopped. That's where y/n works. But I can't argue with him.

Yoongi: On second thought, I'm not hungry. I'll just stay here.

Jungkook: Really Yoongi? Why would you want to stay behind?

Yoongi: I..just have to prepare for the..next mission.

Jungkook stared at me and I thought I got figured out but he sighed and said ok. Thank goodness. I got away with this one. They got ready and when they left, I sat there wondering if y/n would be alright.

Jungkook's POV

It's weird that Yoongi wants to stay behind today. He never misses the chance for lunch. Anyway, when we arrive, we step inside the cafe. We took a seat at a table and we were deciding what to order until someone behind the counter catches my eye. She has long brown flowing hair and beautiful hazel eyes. She is stunning. I can't take my eyes off her and then Jimin speaks up.

Jimin: Ummmm Jungkook? Who you looking a....."

His voice trails off and he looks towards her. He looks back at the other members. Their eyes are wide open looking at her then at me and then back at her. Once I finally snap out of it, I realize she is coming over to our table. My heart stops. But something is off. She is trembling.

Waitress: W-what can I-I g-get you?

She isn't looking up, looking at her feet.

Waitress: I-I can t-tell y-you the s-specials...

I couldn't bear it. My hand starts moving on its own and I push her chin up to face me. She looks up with a terrified look on her face yet, she is gorgeous. I hate seeing her like this. I ask her for her name.

Y/n: Umm m-my name i-is y-y/n.

Jungkook: Actually, we aren't going to order anything on second thought. We are in a hurry.

Before she could say anything, we are out the door.

Jungkook: I want you to do a background check on her, Namjoon.

He nods.

Jungkook: Find her, and bring her to me.

Y/N POV

It's been about an hour since I started working and I was working on the broken cash register at the front desk when a large group walks in. My eyes go to one man but when I got a close look at him, IT WAS JUNGKOOK! THE MAFIA BOSS. THE MAFIA WAS IN THE CAFE!!! I immediately pretended not to notice them. Then Beth, my supervisor came over.

Beth: Can you be a dear and take that group's order?

She gestured to the mafia. I couldn't refuse. I then noticed that Jungkook was staring at me and so were the other members. I got chills up my spine. He looks incredibly handsome but he is the mafia boss! What am I thinking?! I should be scared for my life! I was so nervous. I went over to take their order. But once I started speaking, I realized that I was studdering. I stopped immediately, my head down, not being able to look at them. All of a sudden, I sense fast movement and I see someone's hand. They tilt my head up and it's Jungkook!

Jungkook: what is your name.

Y/n: M-my name i-is y/n.

Jungkook: y/n huh? Actually, we won't be ordering anything on second thought. We have a very busy schedule.

I quickly bow and see them walking out the door. I quickly rush behind the counter and catch my breath. What just happened?!?!?!? I almost died!! But the look in Jungkook's eye was a little off. It wasn't entirely cold. But what look was that? I rush home and as always, Yoongi isn't home. I wash up and sit down on my bed thinking about today. I started reading a book to pass the time since I wasn't tired. An hour later, I close the book. I just sat there thinking about what happened today. Then I hear a SLAM! It was the front door! Someone...had broken in.....
