How It All Started? Final Part

I entered and sat down on the chair, he looked up from his desktop. "Good to see you, Oliver, I can only assume what this meeting is about, your here to talk about the question, I proposed to you? Correct?" "Your correct Mr Bailey" I replied

"Oliver, please call me Callum I've known you for awhile now, so then Oliver, what's your answer?" He asked. "Okay, Callum, I love your daughter, and I would like to be with her" I answered. "I'm glad" He said. He got up from his desk and walked around it his footsteps thumping and opened up his arms, at first I didn't understand but I guessed he wanted a hug, but it felt weird, he'd always been distant, but then, I guess it made sense he just wanted to be sure that I was serious.

Just as I was about to leave, he asked me "Oliver, before you leave, I was just wondering, are you okay? Has anyone tried to attack you? If so I can give you protection." 'What the heck, how does know, did he get my classmates to attack me, stuff that, is he following me? I haven't told anyone, not even Orita, so he couldn't get that information from her.' I wondered "No, I have had no problems, thank you though." I told him.

The rest of the day I was distracted, how could he of found out? I know he has a few security guards, he is rich, so expected. Does he not trust me, oh god what am I to do. For the moment I need to relax, overthinking can lead to problems, I know that better than anyone else. Who is he and Why the hell am I being attacked?

Orita noticed I was distracted, and tried to get me talk about it but I just said it was family problems, we watched a movie and later we had dinner, not before I texted my mum letting her know where I was. Orita tried pushing me to talk again and I managed to convince her that it was too late and that I needed to go. I gave her a hug and left heading towards the shortcut to my house, I need to get home and fast, I wanted answers, I needed answers.

I arrived back home, said "hi" to my sis and grabbed a can of Monster I had been saving, I would definitely need it now. I entered my room, shutting the door behind me and immediately opened a draw in my room. I took out an old dusty laptop, I blew the dust away, and immediately regretted it, I started coughing furiously. When my coughing fit stopped, I plugged the laptop in and turned it on, It felt good to be back.
