Broken Bars

23 year old Pamela Bradford is a scientist working to find cures for new diseases, when the nuclear bombs were dropped. To keep a small town in Pennsylvania safe, they bar themselves off from the world, and cut contact. Whenever a crime is committed they are punished by being sent out of the bars. Being one of the only scientist losing resources, Pam steals equipment, but is caught. She is to be sent out at noon.
