Saw the comic and it is pretty good. Saw the anime and am happy with it. Saw a few chapters of the novel and it seems the same as the other two. A good ride for the ladies >^^< Glad that there are more novels that are in the scope of my interest on the site. **: My real rating is around 4.5 stars but since there are unsensible people around, I am giving it full marks for now ;)

Translation quality, update stability, character design and world building are 5 stars worthy. My issue is with the Character Design. This two must be the most dense person I've ever met. Every single chapter I want to shake the MC awake or slap her or do something to pull her back to reality. Use your freaking words, woman! Then, I went back to check the raw and realized the author intended to create such characters. They are supposed to be 虐心 [translation: Heart torment]. So, I guess... job well done? So 5 stars for accomplishing what the author set out to do.

Wonderful novel and wonderful translator~ The plot might be difficult for some to accept as it could get rather frustrating at times, but it's a nice emotional ride

I went a read a little big of the manga. This novel is the type that I hate the most. Female and male MC just suffer and silence, and little misunderstanding become big because both MC lie for no reason. You almost can heard a tinny violin playing while you read the story. weee weee weee boring

After reading a few chapters I've come to the conclusion that this novel is a fairly generic shoujo esq world not even worth venturing into. I've been generous with my review to give the author 2 stars for world building. I want to both thank and apologize to the translator of this series, but the novel you are doing just isn't very good and requires a juvenile barely pubescent 13 year old girls mind to enjoy this work. After reading a bit your translations are of good quality, I hope you do better work in the future than this novel. **: I am male, this probably affects my judgement a bit, but I genuinely find this novel dreadful after a few chapters. I believe this novel is simply not to be targeted at myself or my gender, since I find it hard to believe more than a minority of men will find this novel enjoyable.

Great, thought I wasn't going to enjoy it.But I take it back, this book is amazing. I feel like Mr.Lu probably loved her. But she broke his heart with her three conditions So he's probably determined to stay hostile with her till she takes back those three conditions. Otherwise why else would he hate her so much but yet help her out whenever she asks for it? Clearly, he still loves her. I guess those three conditions really pissed him off otherwise why would he be so cold. With such a personality he shouldn't have been able to become so big, which means only one thinks those three conditions left a pretty big scar in his heart! Can't wait till they work out their issues lol. And plz can you reply back? I'm starting to feel that you guys don't even care about our reviews....

Ok, remember when I said this needs a Drama Series adaptation.... I take it back, don't do it!! I just watched the PV for season 2 of the anime and it was too much! Please, just leave it at an anime for now, its too much! If the drama get released, I will imediately watch it and then regret it half an hour later when my house is flooded with tears! That is how GOOD this is!!!

Both main character are stupid and double dumb. The woman still accept the man after the psychology and physically tortured. He even raped you!!! And the man..... you call your aggressiveness towards woman as love? I found this writer can't interpret what loves really mean. This novel not worthy for reading. Such a waste on time, money and spirit stone. Really disappointed with the writer for damaging the true loves mean....

Since this novel has now been completed. I can recommend this for those who read it, whilst it will be a rollercoaster of emotions/misunderstandings during the beginning. Like any romance novel regarding first loves, it'll eventually be solved. BNH does this exceptionally well. Whilst reading about the characters misunderstandings and lack of communication is frustrating. The story portray's emotions felt in real life - sacrifice made for your loved one to be happy, feelings of jealousy, the pain of separating from your loved one, a deep love of 13 years.. Whilst its not your average romance story filled with "happy" events, if you want a novel that's got more depth with emotions then here's your novel. Its a rollercoaster of emotions but at the same time, because its written so well. Its easy to relate to the characters. The translation was done exceptionally well, I had no problems reading it. There were a few minor errors but the translators more than clarified it.

I really don't get some people who are into stories like this. The guy is abusive as he can get but you still wanting to see past it. And the girl treats her self as a weak victims when I infact is her own fault for being a victim. Honestly I am starting to thing that violence against woman is part of Asian culture since is authors from xanxia, wuxia and now modern romance all write and glorified it. This is poorly written trash is almost as bad as fifth shades series.

This story development is one of the worst I have ever seen. The story plot is even lamer as if this is the first time the author is writing a story/Novel. The chapter title is all messed up. I would say 10 chapter of this Novel is equivalent to 1 chapter of other Novels. I got tired of reading this Novel and gave up at chapter 87, just too irritating of a story to read. Total waste of time And I regret voting for this Novel to be picked for translation.

Honestly, this book is the only reason why I am on webnovel. It is one of the best books i have read in my entire life, even though the characters were stupid and stubborn, the story line is very intriguing and fascinating, all in all an in love with book💖💖

Each chapter are so short. Yet after not even 90 chapter reading, it already ask for crystals for each chapters. For goodness sake, the novel got like 900+ chapters at the point I write this. Making people pay before reading 10% into the story is so frustrating. And so far along the story, am I suppose to pity the male lead? Because after all he done, I'm just freaking hate him. Is it love the reason for that domestic violence? And the female lead just represent the domestic violence victim. No hate. It's what I get after reading the free version of novel. Honestly, I'm fine with premium novel as long you give me sufficient chapters beforehand to get to know characters and their world.

If you like rape or being abused then good for you. That's the kind you will like👍. Even though I hope you don't... like that's sooooooooooooooo sad.... So sad
