How come gold is important

"Being powerful meant that I can now go anywhere and explore. Only this time it would be new planets and new galaxies. Dad, come with us after everything is settled and we can explore together. Your lifespan had already increased so we can have our good times." Robin said. This made his father's eyes bright and gave his face a smile.

"Maybe after we settle down and go on vacations with you. Now son you have a family of your own and you should concentrate on that too." His father said. Robin nodded and spoke of his plans for the future. While talking Cathrin asked if she could dance with to which Robin complied.

Robin took her hand held her waist with the other while they slowly danced to the music being played in the background. Though the engagement ceremony was set up in a matter of an hour, it was still gorgeous and for some reason, Robin wanted the theme to be like the ball dance theme in the Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire movie, so he had actually used magic to make the decorations beautiful and grand.

It was for the first time, his family members had seen Robin with magic and this made everyone awe. Ravi had a younger sister and she even asked if she could learn magic like him one day. Actually, everyone was thinking the same thing.

"I don't know. Maybe. I will have to find ways to teach magic." Robin replied which was the honest answer as he really didn't do if they could learn magic. Cathrin had some of Light abilities but it was different from magic and Robin had a feeling that she was not far away from being a Low Evolutionary.

They danced slowly and moved around while their body language screamed love even for someone who would be seeing this as a stranger. Cathrin breathed near his neck which made Robin shudder with happiness and ecstasy.

"Thank you for being my rock." Robin said.

"You are your own rock and anchor and I am just riding in your coattails. You have changed my life in ways I can't even begin to fathom. Now we will be soon going to explore the universe and that is already something that the young me would not have dreamt of in her life. Thank you for trusting me."

"Now we can be together and be there for each other. Hope that you won't be bored with me." Robin said.

"We can never be bored with each other." Cathrin assured. They danced a little more and even his own parents joined and danced a bit. It was really a happy time for them.

2nd class galaxy. 100 million light years away from Luminary Collective.

Capital city Zelthorium

As the twin suns of Zelthorium cast their crimson glow across the barren expanse of the Xyloxian Plains, two alien beings, Xyra and Zethar, stood amidst a sprawling complex of towering crystalline structures. They conversed in their native tongue, a series of intricate clicks and harmonious hums, their luminous eyes gleaming with anticipation.

Xyra, a dull green being with iridescent tendrils cascading from her crown, turned to Zethar, whose sleek, metallic exoskeleton shimmered in the dappled light.

"Zethar, the progress in our military scientific research has been stymied for cycles. Our energy shields are weakening, and our weapons lack the potency to breach the Xyloxian Prime's defenses." Xyra said.

"I concur, Xyra. We need a breakthrough, something that will revolutionize our arsenal." Zethar commented.

Then Xyra thought of the new thing that had been making round in the uninet. Unlike Zethar, Xyra would often go to uninet to search for things and get inspiration from. He had come across a new type of thing called Vibranium. At first he was skeptical because having new kind of metal was almost impossible based on new kind of structure as the periodic table could only hold so much. (Yes, new kind of alloys is possible but having new kind of element is almost impossible since the number of electrons and protons decide the element at the end)

And thus he searched more of this and applied for getting a gram of this. Though they were government sponsored and were under the funding of the rule of the galaxy, having a gram of this through government funding was already a huge matter. Ad once he had his hand on it and run some tests he was so surprised that his jaw hit the floor. There was actually a new element in it and it went against every norms he knew. After conducting some tests, he felt like he could use it on their research.

"Behold, Zethar, Vibranium. It hails from the distant galaxy of Luminary Collective. Its properties are unlike anything we've ever encountered." Xyra said as he pulled out the 1 gram Vibranium and kept it on the table. Soon a holographic

Zethar's eyes widened in astonishment as he observed the holographic display displaying everything starting from the structure to the uses which has been found and yet to be found as this thing was new.

"Vibranium... Its able to absorb and dissipate energy? The readings are off the charts. But acquiring it would be a formidable task, and the price... astronomically high." Zethar went through all the data and the more he read, the more he was taken aback. This thing was a miracle. He even had to go to uninet to see what was the big deal behind it.

Xyra nodded, her tendrils rippling in agreement.

"True, Zethar. The cost is steep, but consider the benefits. With Vibranium, our energy shields would be impenetrable, our weapons devastatingly efficient. The tide of war would turn in our favor."

Zethar's mandibles clicked in contemplation. He gazed at the holographic display, envisioning the possibilities.

"You speak wisdom, Xyra. Vibranium could indeed be the catalyst for our advancement. We must find a way to acquire it."

Xyra's tendrils pulsed with determination.

"We shall explore all avenues, Zethar. We'll negotiate with interstellar traders, engage in alliances, and if necessary, embark on a mission to Luminary Collective itself."

Zethar inclined his head in agreement.

"But we have to make sure that we don't harm Luminary Collective. The uninet is now buzzing with new news. Apparently, one of the High Elders is an S class citizen and had been newly appointed in the administrations."

"S class citizen? How the hell did an S class citizen become their patron." Zethar asked, quite taken aback.

"I have no idea but according to rumors it was the S class High Elder that had introduced the Vibranium." Xyra said.

"But why didn't he do so from the S class galaxy? Isn't that the norm and even if this S class High Elder found the element in Luminary Collective, they could easily buy off the galaxy and make this precious thing their own. Why bother taking such a complicated route?"

Xyra just shrugged, accepting that he didn't know.

"Whatever, as long as we can get our hands on this, it will be helpful to us."

As the twin suns sank below the horizon, casting long shadows across the crystalline structures, Xyra and Zethar stood united in their resolve. The distant glow of Earth, a beacon of hope, fueled their determination to obtain the coveted element. In the depths of the Xyloxian night, the promise of Vibranium illuminated a path to a future of unrivaled scientific and military achievement.

In the swirling expanse of the distant Andromeda Galaxy, amidst clusters of radiant stars and cosmic dust, there existed a bustling trading post known as Zyloria Prime. It was a hub for interstellar commerce, attracting beings of all shapes, sizes, and species.

In the heart of this celestial marketplace, beneath the glow of luminescent fungi, stood the enigmatic figure of Kalthar, a wiry, six-armed alien trader with an air of paranoia that rivaled the most seasoned spymasters of the universe. Kalthar was known throughout galaxies for his uncanny ability to amass vast fortunes, a fortune that he now sought to safeguard against the lurking threat of intergalactic pirates.

Kalthar's compound was a proof to his wealth. Glittering pyramids of gold, rare gemstones, and artifacts from a myriad of planets adorned the chambers. It was here that he held council with a select few trusted allies, contemplating the future of his fortune.

Seated around a holographic projection table, Kalthar and his confidants deliberated. There was Nala, a towering reptilian creature from the distant swamps of Gorgathor, and Vyrin, an ethereal being of energy, seemingly boundless in form. They whispered in hushed tones, their voices tinged with an air of secrecy.

Kalthar, with a glint of determination in his compound eyes, addressed the council. "My friends, the time has come to ensure the safety of our wealth as we traverse the treacherous voids between galaxies. Gold, though precious, is susceptible to thievery. We require something more... formidable." ( yes gold is a bit precious out in the universe too)
