The sounds of footsteps alerted Celeste, including the rest of the people at the dining table.

They turned their gazes to Lloyd and Hermione who were descending the staircase and heading for the dining.

Celeste could see a grin on Hermione's face. She could tell at a glance that something had happened to make her friend look ecstatic.

Her gaze narrowed at Lloyd. Sigh... He was such an expressionless man, boring.

When they neared the table, Hermione was quick to greet. "G-good morning Auntie, I hope you slept well"

Agnes's lips curled into a smile. "Yeah, I did. Yours must be great as well" She remarked, her eyes landing on the man next to her, who had offered her a deep bow.

Agnes returned the bow. She wasn't sure this man was reported to her anytime yesterday.

How could a stranger enter her land and she was oblivious to it?
