"I don't like this Iris. We are supposed to send them off, not tag along with them to visit Burheim Plains." Amelia frowned as she looked ahead, observing the path that laid in front of them.

When Marcus and Ali were about to board their carriage to depart, Ali refused to let go of Iris, her mana started swirling around them as she threatened Marcus. Iris didn't know that the Ashwood siblings were able to use magic as well, and Ali was a strong one.

"I tried to appraise Ali's magic…" Chrys whispered, her face blanched as she bit her lower lip. "It didn't work on her."

"What about you, Iris? Didn't you try to appraise the two of them?" Amelia asked.

It was Iris's turn to frown. She didn't see any need for her to use her appraisal spell on the siblings. Also, Ricci had known the two for over three hundred years. If the siblings were dangerous, Ricci would have sensed it already.
