CHAPTER 2

Bree climbed the stairs while looking around for Miley. She reached the VVIP section and stood for about 10 seconds looking at the door of room number 3125.

"Could this be it?" She thought

The door was slightly open so she pushed it and walked in. The light in the room was dim. she walked towards the window and looked through it.

"Wow its beautiful" she said with a smile as she disappeared into thoughts. Still lost in her thoughts, she heard voices at the door.

"Sir, she is already hear. Will you attend to her now?" asked one of the voice.

"Thank you Mr Williams, you can go now" said the other voice.

The door opened and a tall man in a black suit and glasses walked in. He shut the door calmly and walked towards Bree. He stood a few steps away from her and said "We shall proceed as planned but don't mess this up now or later"

Bree woke up tired still in the hotel room. She checked her phone and immediately jumped out of bed and rushed to the bathroom. A few minutes later, she arrived at work and sat behind her desk with her head in between her hands.

"Why did i do it? what was i thinking?" she thought while hitting her head on the desk.

"You are late again Ms Laines" yelled her boss just after he walked in the room.

"Sir...I.."

"I don't wanna hear it. I need those documents on my desk immediately" Said Mr Adams walking out as he shut the door behind him.

She could not stop thinking about last night. Why would her best friend do that to her. She really needed a cup of coffee so she stood up and walked out. On her way out of the building, she noticed a tall handsome gentleman enter the building and everyone seemed to bow to him.

"Good morning sir" said one of the employees with a bow.

"Good morning" said the gentleman.

"I know that voice" said Bree shocked and angry at the same time.

She looked at him with hate in her eyes as he walked to the CEO's office.

"Who is he?" Asked Bree with her eyes looking in the direction of the CEO's office.

"He is the new CEO" said one of the employees with a blush on her face.

"What..." she immediately thought of Miley. She grabbed her phone and dialed her number.

"Hi Bree, where did you go last night?" asked Miley.

"Its a long story bestie"

"I'm not busy, you can tell me."

"I slept with a man last night" said Bree with shame clearly heard in her voice.

"Woow dia, am happy for you"

"Are you crazy or something?"

"I thought you would die a virgin but thank God you have finally accepted a man in your life"

"You don't get it. it was an accident, i didn't mean to do it but the scary part is that he is my new CEO"

"Wooooo you should be happy. Its time you bid poverty goodbye"

"You are useless" said Bree as she hung up.

"Hey, hey, Bree..I can't belive she hung up on me" said Miley angry.

"It's been three weeks but you haven't spoken to him yet" Miley said.

"why should I?" said Bree sadly.

"You are carrying his child, he has to know".

"What if he doesn't need it. What if he tells me to get of it."

"No one is getting rid of that child and you are not keeping it from him" said Miley as she pulled Bree out the chair and dragged her out the office.

"Let me atleast think about it" cried Bree but Miley ignored. They reached the CEO's office, Miley pushed the door open and then gave Bree a small push inside the room. She accidentally missed a step and slid but before she could reach the ground, a pair of hands grabbed her.
