Life Energy existed in all living beings from humans to animals and even spirits.

The main difference between each one was how much Life Energy they had within them.

The main differences between Balancers and ordinary humans was that Balancers could use their Life Energy while being able to see spirits.

If it were explained like a water container being a Balancer or an ordinary human and their life energy then there was one big difference between the two.

Water contained in the container of ordinary humans was like the tap was set to leak out the water all the time.

Water contained in the container of Balancers was the same but with one clear difference.

A Balancer could control how to turn off the tap and stop the leaking water from constantly flowing out of their bodies.

They could do such a thing in order to prevent spirits from being created from their leaking Life Energy or empowering them.
