PROJECT ARK ANGEL

So it all started like this....

I was asleep and then I woke up.

Yeah, that's how it started.

My home was rather small, but a comfortable one, that's all you need to know, for now.

The curtains were drawn across the massive windows. My laptop was placed on the desk, half-closed. I never really closed it, in fact it was a miracle it was even half closed.

Now, the distance between my bed and the desk was roughly four feet so if you stretch fitly, you can reach it.

A few seconds later, I found myself diving headfirst into the wooden flooring.

Oh boy.

I groaned and punched the floor a couple of times and an outburst made me kick the table.

"OWWWW". "Goodmorning Mr Phoenix", Alexa called out. "Shut up", I muttered under my breath.

Silence

I sat up cross-legged on the wooden flooring. Muttering under my breath, I reached out for my laptop. I was furious with my floor! I opened my email and scrolled through the received mails section. There it was- Received at 3:17 AM.
