Time to Grind (UPDATED)

Sitting in class, I think Iruka is an excellent teacher. The one thing I noticed is that he's very naïve. He reminds me a lot of Naruto. He sees the best in everyone, which isn't bad, but he doesn't have that edge about teaching what will come and how bad it will get. I know the village is in a time of peace, but the edge of war, from what I know, is always one step away. So, it always confused me how someone kindhearted like him could be a teacher for ninjas who are born, bred, and trained to be killers. It's not anything against his skills or his teaching method. He doesn't get to the point. He's trying to get a cross, or I could be wrong, and it could just be the kids that don't care.

Today's class was a review of the subjects of the Art Of War, which covers anything from tactics from working solo to in groups to understanding battles and war tactics of the past. Then there's the History of the Element Nations, which covers the knowledge of the entire continent. But like most warring countries, there is some misinformation surrounding history from all sides, either from information taken from enemy combatants or learned from spies sent to other countries to investigate. Then there's General Education, which covers mathematics, sciences, economics, literature, and cultural studies.

Iruka told us that for the rest of the week, we would be discussing Taijutsu, the martial art of the ninja world. Ninjutsu is the magic in this world, whether it be summoning fireballs or creating water dragons using chakra. Genjutsu uses chakra to manifest illusions in an enemy's mind. And Bukijutsu, which is basically weapons martial arts, from throwing weapons to using swords or maces, whatever you use to attack someone.

From the 10-hour lecture, We had a few breaks here and there, switching from subject to subject, but that's a lot of talking, especially for teenagers. Everyone looks half-dead. Just a quick look, maybe only two or three people are still OK. Even with my advanced comprehension, I feel like shit. It had a lot to fit into a day or two of the review, and I probably only remember about half of it. Luckily, I could gain two stat points in intelligence by paying attention the whole time.

I think Naruto suffered the most today. First thing in the morning, Iruka dragged Naruto into class and tied him to his seat to make sure he attended probably the most challenging class I have ever personally been to. Looking at them now, Naruto looks like a mummy straight out of the coffin. It's funny thinking about it.

As I was leaving school, I saw some kids training in the courtyard and some heading towards what I guess was a training hall, so I took a detour and went inside. I saw a bunch of equipment for helping in training, like a few practice dummies and throwing range pulse training equipment. I decided to focus on taijitsu to gain basic stats. I will focus on the ninjutsu next week.

I hit the workout equipment and started doing basic workouts, working on my arms and legs and trying to work my core. I keep hearing ping's while working out, but I ignore them, though I noticed the ping's get progressively farther apart as I keep working, but ignore it for now. I then head to the practice dummies and start practicing my Taijitsu. I think I spent at least four hours focusing on exercise and practice before I experienced any strain or fatigue. By the time I get out of my groove, I'm the only one left in the facility. I decided it was time to go home and rest for tomorrow.

When I got into my apartment, I could feel how horrible my body felt. I grabbed a quick shower, made a quick meal, and got dressed for sleep. I take my clothes off. I almost forgot I was wearing panties. They felt so good and comfortable that I almost forgot they were there. I feel less embarrassed than I did this morning. I almost have this strange feeling of excitement, but then I feel the crippling exhaustion, so I get into my pajamas and fall face-first into bed. God, I was tired.

When I wake up in the morning, I hear a stream of messages. It is welcomed, but it's also very annoying when you're barraged by pinging noises first thing in the morning. However, I feel a lot better. I don't feel any strain on my body, and I have no torn muscles or bad joints. I feel more energetic than yesterday. Maybe it contributes to my healthier body.

I get up, shower, brush my teeth, brush my hair, tie it up, and head to get dressed as I pass the mirror. My body takes me aback. It has changed. I still have a lift athletic build to my body, but it looks more feminine than before. It's hard to pin down whether my muscles look softer or the way my shoulders curve. I just can't pin it down, but I definitely can tell my body is more feminine than before. Slight, as it may be, but I can tell. I knew something like this would happen, but I didn't think it would happen so soon. I got dressed and put on my underwear and looked in the mirror and didn't feel embarrassed anymore; in fact, I might say I felt the opposite, maybe even a little excited, it the way it sits on my skin, the way it looks and feels but I finish getting dressed. I head to do my early morning workout before class starts.
