chapter two

The plane had finally landed it was a relief, I felt like I was going to faint, I dragged my luggage down from the plane, according to the job offer someone was meant to pick me up, I was already really tired from the plane, I dragged my luggage along with me as I walked towards the door

excuse me, a young man stopped me

" yes is there a problem "

" are you xiao cheng,"

" yes I am ", I could see relief in his face when he heard me say that, am I in trouble

oh no!, your boss sent me here to get you, please follow me, he walked towards the door of the airport, I followed him till we reached a black jeep, he collected my things and put them in the back of the car, we both entered the car and we were on the way

A few minutes later

The car finally came to a stop in front of a mansion, the driver got down and came to open the door for me, it was the biggest house I have ever seen, I thought to myself as I was still admiring it,

come with me, Master will be with you shortly, he carried my luggage and dragged it towards the entrance to the mansion, I quickly carried my hand bag and followed him, we kept on walking till we finally reached the living room,

wait here Mrs cheng, master will be with you soon, he said then left, the living room was really big, my own living room wasn't even half of it, I noticed that there was paintings all over the walls of the room, they must really like paintings, I thought to myself, in one of the paintings was a name ju, it looked and sounded familiar but I couldn't put my hands to it,

Mrs cheng, a male voice Interrupted my thoughts, I quickly turned and saw a man who probably was in his late forty's standing on the other side of the room,

yes that's me, I said walking towards him

I am Mr zhen , he said reaching out for a handshake

nice to meet you Mr zhen, I replied, we both shook hands then sat down on the couch

" well are you ready for your work "?

" yes sir I'll be more than happy to work for you "

he then gave out a chuckle, did I say anything funny I thought to myself

" your not going to be working for me "

what but the job, I asked confused

" your going to be working for my son ju chi zhen "

he must be the ju from the paintings, even as Mr zhen said the name it sounded familiar but I couldn't get it

" can I meet him "

sure zu zu, he called and then a young girl came running to him

call young master, the girl nodded and went away

" are you okay, it seems like there is a lot on your mind? "

yes father, a voice Interrupted our conversation, it sounded really familiar

good ju chi, Mr zhen said as he stood up, I couldn't believe my eyes, it couldn't be him, that's why his name sounded so familiar it was him, ju chi and I went to the same high school, the only difference is that he was the most popular guy and I was a big nobody

I went down the hall to the left to where the kitchen was, I took a glass cup from the cupboard and got some chilled water from the fridge, I poured some into the cup and took a drink this really cannot be happening, I thought to myself, it must be just a dream, ju chi was still more dreamy, cute and handsome than I even remember, why did this have to happen to me I .....

thinking about me, a ju chi said from behind me, sttared I dropped the glass cup of water and it shattered on the ground,

oh am really sorry, I bent down to pick up the broken pieces hopefully he didn't recognize me

" don't think I didn't recognize you xiao cheng "

I tried to ignore what he was said, I heard his footsteps walking towards me, he then bent down, I could feel his hot breathing on my neck

so what, he put some space between the both of us

well we'll see about that, he left me then walked towards the kitchen door, I didn't know he will give up that easily

" you should also know am ju chi zhen I get what ever I want, oh and don't forget we travel tomorrow just the both of us "

ju chi left me shocked in the kitchen, I was in serious trouble it was not like I could just quit I needed the money

Mrs cheng, a female voice said from behind me

yes any problem, I turned around

please come I'll show you to your room, I followed her till we reached the front of a door, she opened it and showed me into the room then left, since we were traveling again tomorrow I didn't unpack my things, I took a bath then laid down, I was already really exhausted from everything so I closed my eyes and slowly drifted asleep
