6 Chapter 6 Nara Shikamaru

Konoha.

The sun rose up sprinkling its brilliance all over the village, announcing the start of another day.

Nara House.

"Go take a shower quickly, you have to go to Academy today, hurry up!!"

Satoshi after an intense early morning training session arrived back home and as soon as he entered the house, he heard the familiar voice coming from the kitchen.

"Okay..."

Hearing her words, Satoshi after taking his shoes off, immediately went to take a shower and freshened up.

After taking a shower, Satoshi wore a black shirt with brown pants and went to the dining room.

"Good Morning, Mom"

"Go wake up your brother!!"

Satoshi greeted her enthusiastically as he wanted to sit on the chair but Temari pointed towards the room of Shikadai.

"Hehe~"

Satoshi arrived at the room of Shikadai and seeing him sleeping soundly, he smirked as he decided to tease him.

Satoshi went to the desk in the room and quickly found a pen, as holding it he squatted beside the sleeping Shikadai, his eyes gleaming.

"Huh?"

"Ahhhh!!!!, save me!!"

Shikadai felt a little tingling on his nose waking him up but a terrifying face came into his vision, as he screamed in horror.

"Haha!!, you got scared by your own face"

Satoshi laughed as he said to the scared Shikadai and pointed at the mirror in his hands.

Hearing his words, Shikadai looked in the mirror, sure enough, the same terrifying face again came into his vision.

"I will tell mother!!"

Shikadai said puffing his cheeks in anger as he quickly ran to the basin washing his face clean.

"Haha!!"

Satoshi didn't care about Shikadai's threat as he kept laughing as he really liked teasing him.

"Mom, big brother painted my face, and even last night he threw me outside his room, you have to get revenge for me"

Sitting on the chair beside the dining table, Shikadai pointed towards Satoshi who was eating breakfast leisurely with a wronged look on his face.

"Hehe~, but I don't see any paint on your face"

The angry Shikadai looked really cute so Temari decided to tease him even more.

"He did, he did, I just washed___"

"I'm home"

Shikadai hurriedly tried to explain with an anxious face but a tired voice suddenly cut his voice off.

Satoshi turned around and saw a man who looked around in his mid-twenties, he had black hair, lazy eyes, and a small goatee as well.

"Welcome home, dear"

Temari hurriedly stood up as she helped Shikamaru take off the tan overcoat with a smile plastered on her face.

"Oi~Oi~, what happened to you today?"

Seeing Temari acting as she did back then after their marriage, Shikamaru felt like he was again in infinite Tsukoyomi.

"Hehe~, I will tell you later dear but first, go and wash your hands and have breakfast"

Temari laughed mysteriously holding his coat as she pointed towards the washroom.

"Sigh...

"Even after marriage, women are still a drag..."

Shikamaru sighed as he went towards the washroom, wondering why he married such an unpredictable creature, even his IQ over 200 can't guess what they are thinking.

"Did you two do something?"

After washing his hands, Shikamaru came back and sat on the chair left to Satoshi, as lowering his voice, he whispered.

"Last night she was angry that you didn't come back, but now she's all happy, be careful dad, I think somethings not right"

Seeing the worried look on his face, Satoshi had an urge to scare him even more, completely forgetting that he is his father, not a friend.

"What a pain..."

Hearing his words, Shikamaru rubbed the back of his head, and not thinking anymore, he began to dig in.

"Mom, who will take us to the academy?"

Shikadai completely forgot about the matter of getting Satoshi punished, as he asked Temari excitedly.

"I wanted your dad to take you there but he looks tired, guess I have no choice but to do it myself"

Said Temari to the excited Shikadai as she stood up and began to clean the table since nearly all of them had finished eating.

"Don't cause trouble out there, even if studying is a drag, you still have to go through it"

"Though... you can sleep in the class once in a while"

Shikamaru wanted to go to his room and sleep but since it was his son's first day at the academy, he decided to impart his valuable words to them.

"What the hell are you teaching them?"

"I suddenly feel all tired, have a good day, goodbye"

Temari who was in a good mood hearing his advice got riled up immediately but Shikamaru wasted no time and immediately ran back to his room.

"Sigh...

"Women... really a drag..."

Seeing Shikamaru scared away, even Satoshi couldn't help but say so but he didn't think too much about it and quickly got ready for his first day in the academy.
