Haou Pov: Ninja Academy Rooftop

It's the third day of the academy now currently I am sitting down watching Konohamaru explain the summoning jutsu for demonstrative purposes he summoned a giant toad and slowly Shino-sensei walked forward clapping "Just leave it to Konohamaru Sarutobi to perform a magnificent summoning jutsu the reason being that he is the Third Hokage's grandson the genius of ninja who was the pride of the hidden leaf."

the toad then started speaking to Konohamaru and a second later it disappeared with a poof everyone began clapping as the female students surrounded Konohamaru asking ridiculous questions. The situation took an even worse direction when Boruto and Sarada started bitching at each other honestly, it's kind of pathetic the way they act but I was getting really tired of this.

I wasn't even learning anything important, so I began to leave Shino-sensei calls out to me but like usual, I ignore him don't get me wrong he's a good teacher, but I already knew half the crap this academy teaches in fact I am the top student in the class right now. Sighing to myself I went to the lunchroom and started eating my packed lunch.

Boruto POV:

Everyone watched as Haou left honestly that guy really needs to stop being such a dick to everyone turning around I see Shino-sensei with his head down muttering to himself poor guy. Konohamaru-nii chan scratched his head as he dismissed everyone for lunch Denki, Inojin, Iwabe, Shikadai, and I left towards the lunch lady for a yakisoba bun "One yakisoba bun please" I said in synch with another voice that said the same thing.

Turning around I saw Sarada together we started glaring at each other the lunch lady spoke a bit regretfully towards us "I am sorry, but we only have one bun left today" things escalated from there as we argued about who would get the bun the girls started to join up with Sarada and my own friends started team up with me but just when it was about to turn into all-out fight Shino-sensei quickly appeared,

"Stop right there!" Sarada yells out "Sensei" out of surprise Shino-sensei lifted his head quickly explaining "Fighting amongst students is taboo, however not wanting to lose is what helps a shinobi mature after class I will prepare a battleground for you. Make sure to fight with passion and settle this once and for all!" he exclaimed pumping his fist up he then disappeared Sarada smirks "well then this will be easy"

I gave tch as she left with the others Denki was whimpering a bit "Oh man Boruto what are we going to do they have more numbers than us there's no way we can win" a devious smirk made its way onto my face and began chuckling startling Denki and the others "Guys relax I know someone who will be more than willing to join us" realization seemed to have dawned on to Shikadai "Boruto you don't mean"

Haou POV:

I was sitting on top of the roof watching the academy students play and train with each other what's the point of even playing with each other sooner or later your just going to lose them I thought with narrowed eyes and for a second my eyes gained a tint of gold. My thoughts were then interrupted by a voice shouting "Yo teme" I turned around with a glare "what do you want Uzumaki I don't have time to deal with your idiocy"

I can see that got to him but he grits his teeth "Look I need your help" and so he explained everything to me I smirked with a raised brow "Oh and what's in it for me" now it was his turn to smirk "I heard you beat Sarada rather badly the first time around so this could be your chance to knock some of that arrogant pride out of her" I paused for a moment and then nodded thoughtfully "Okay I will join but I want one more thing," I said and Boruto gestured to continue

"I want some taijutsu scrolls from you I know you can use your power as the Hokage's son to get some for me do this for me and I will join you" he seemed to be in deep thought before nodding "meet us at the entrance of the academy after school" he said disappearing a poof.

I looked at the Kage Mountain for a moment truth be told I didn't need the scrolls, but it never hurts to have more fighting styles added to my arsenal I turned away from the mountain and disappeared in a shadow like flicker.

-time skip after school-

I had arrived just in time Iwabe was giving me a bit of a stink eye while the others had their guard up "tch don't think I am doing this for you losers I am only doing this for my own benefit" I said crossing my arms looking away from them as Shino-sensei started announcing the rules, but I kept my eye out on the Uchiha and the moment Shino said start we dashed towards the entrance.

Iwabe was quick to create a mudwall but I didn't care about the obstacle course I only cared about getting what I wanted and to do that I need to take her down. I leaped over the wall startling the girls, but I ignored them and went in front of Sarada quickly I grabbed her by the shoulder and together we disappeared in a sudden flicker.

reappearing a building away from the flag Sarada jumped away from me to get some distance although I did see her cheeks gain a tint of red "what do you want from me Sado?" she asked me with a stern tone. Narrowing my eyes I took out my kunai and started rushing towards her "It's time to see if you made any improvements Uchiha I hope you don't disappoint me" I said.

We than clashed but my kunai techniques were superior which allowed me to disarm her she tries to get in a couple of punches and kicks but it was like she was going in slow motion and I could see through all of her sloppy attacks.

I kicked her left knee forcing her to slip into a kneeling position and just as I was about to finish her, I felt that same vile chakra from before at the train station and this time it came with a great roar. I turned to look at the Uchiha "Looks like I win again Uchiha" I said leaving her to gasp in horror when she saw the bright purple light.

I quickly rushed over to the scene I saw Boruto grabbing onto Chocho along with the others and finally, I saw the snake tail of Nui my right hand was engulfed in lighting as I charged right at it "CHIDORI!!!" it was the first time I ever used the move in fact I never intended to ever use it because it was meant for people with the Sharingan.

My lighting incased hand-cut right through its tail as Konohamaru appeared from the back of Nue's tail with a Rasengan in hand the creature roared before disappering leaving the bleeding tail that leaked with purple blood.

At the end of the day, Shino and Konohamaru went on about teamwork and all kinds of cringy shit but to be honest I was happy because I managed to steal some flesh from the tail of Nue before Anbu black ops recovered it to be analyzed.

The reason I stole it was because I wanted to see if I could purify its chakra and absorb it to increase my own reserves even more. Shino-sensei and Konohamaru had finally dismissed us so here I was on my way home when

Boruto appeared in front of me with a serious look he took out two scrolls from his bag a handed them out "here as promised I got you the only scrolls I could get" he said and I gladly took them I was about to leave when he said something that made me clench my teeth in anger "Teme why do you always push people away from you I've noticed whenever someone tries to be friendly with you always harshly put them down it's like you don't want to be with anyone"

the wind grew intense "Your right Uzumaki and that's because I don't need friends, they are simply just a weakness that will be used against you" my mind flashes to my past life I saw the friends that I once had be slaughtered by the yakuza gang the same people that took my family away the day, they died the hole in my heart grew.

The feeling of grief and pain was something I never wanted to feel again so I cut myself away from others whenever they tried to get too close a tear slipped down my cheek as I slowly walked home leaving a rather confused Uzumaki behind.

so tell me what do you think of this chapter if there's anything wrong let me know and I might just rewrite it the next chapter will be from Boruto's pov and I've decided for Boruto to train a bit more after graduation because when he sees the mc beating up villains and saving people it makes him feel useless so using the mc as a motivation he will train.

Although mc is going to be op that doesn't mean he can't have someone rival him and for that, I have chosen Boruto I know its a cliche of Sasuke vs Naruto but I like it like that so I don't care what anyone has to say about that I am not going to change my mind besides its not like he is a carbon copy of Sasuke just some similarities that's it.
