" Huh?" Kizaru repeatedly turns in a circle looking at the infinite white void around him trying to deduce his location

" Nope, however I have an idea, are you perhaps the man that turned me into Kizaru/Lucci?"

" So would that mean that this is... Your domain? I would say heaven but it's too bland."
" Nah I just made this infinite space on a whim to speak with you."

" I mean I guess so yea but I get bored easily and besides I can do this as easily as breathing."

" So anyway you ( as I suspected you would) entertain me and the others so after a quick conversation with the others we all decided I should make you a god to see what you do with all the power, what I didn't tell them is that I'm gonna make you ridiculously strong. Allow me to explain the tier list and where you will place on it after this conversation.

8. False Gods ( Darkseid [ I personally like this guy, I had a drink with him and he is FUNNY drunk you wouldn't think so but he is.] Thanos, etc.)

" Why am I in a library?"
Standing up Kizaru looks around and notices human like things attached to chairs, being freaked out slightly by this Kizaru just releases a small bit of his divinity and finds out the location, Owner, task, inventory and knowledge of everything in the library. He sensed life when he pushed out his divinity so he walks towards it while extending to his full height of 10Ft tall during his walk down the halls of library he extends his divinity again and gains absolute control of the library ( Why? because Why not?) he however does not take ownership as he doesn't want the hassle of running it. After a few minutes of walking Kizaru hears several Male and female voices speaking. He leans out from behind a bookshelf, looking at the group whom all sit at a few tables.
" Who the fuck are y'all?"
Every member of the group looks at him and one man says
" The serpent's hand." confused
" Ohhhh the SCP multiverse guys. Cool so anyone got any food or nah."
" I do!"
" Cool what do you got?"
" A sandwich and a bag of doritos."
" What type of Doritos?"
" Nacho cheese."
" Can I have it?"
"Hmmmmmmmmm Sure." *Toss*

" No problem!"
" Who are you?!"
" Kizaru."
" That's not what I ment and you know it!"
" Stop yelling." Kizaru replies while moving so fast it looks like teleportation
" See now I'm right here, now speak."
" Who are you?"
" A God. A strong one. Far above your pay grade sweetheart."
" An SCP?"
" No a God they couldn't contain me if they tried. Anyway I'm just stopping by, I've decided to make this Library my hub so if you see me around every once in a while that's why and if I'm here and you need me, my new house ( I just made while saying that sentence) is always in the same spot in the center of the library."
Kizaru then points and the group follow his finger seeing his house floating in the middle of the giant library with a floating stone path leading to it.
