After Ravenna left the breakfast table and I said I would join her later at the training grounds. My mother made a giggle a squeezed my cheek to my dismay I allow its annoying being treated like a child while my mind is centuries-old ugh.

Has my stoic son found a wife like your father mentioned to me yesterday. My face and ears turns red thinking how to explain it as a young child that I have found my cultivating partner. Well I'm not sure but I feel like I want to be friends and make sure she is always happy around me . Mother I plan on asking her to join me at my sect so she is always with me . Mother smiles well I have high hopes for you and bet she will be glad to call you a friend with a cheeky grin kisses me on the forehead then says do you wish to make her your betrothal my son in serious as well as sad tone you must have a marriage or harem of women lined up Sirius as it is your duty as the 2nd prince. In the a few years you will have to make a decision on whether you will take only one wife or have concubines.Thinking in silence for a moment father I don't want to marry a woman who is not my fated partner I have no need of harem of concubines.

Father how did you come to the decision of having to wives and not concubines . Looking somewhat troubled he answered I never really cared at first and just followed the normal protocols with my duties as a future king and used my councilman and fathers advice. When I was given little choice but to say yes due to traditions and not believing in cultivaton partners I blindly agreeed to saying yes.

Due to that mistake I should have lost my chance at having my soul mate I was lucky to be able to persuade my councilman to allow and take a second wife and not making her into a mistress if I were to claim her. Your grandfather Jamieson would never had allowd that and I could have lost Daniella at having any chance.
