Raven Vs Goliath

The man smiled, cracking his knuckles and stretching out his body.

"That is interesting! In return, how about I share some info that isn't well known."

He looked Raven in the eyes, getting into a fighting stance.

"Do you know how much you can torture a player, before they are given the option of leaving the game?"

Raven shrugged. "Not really."

"Well, the answer is whenever they give up. Once they feel they no longer have any chance at escaping or defeating you, they are able to leave the game."

Raven cocked his head. "That is also interesting!"

The man nodded. "Yeah, don't worry too much. The amount of pain a player can feel is limited. When I have you broken and sobbing before me, the excruciating pain you feel will be tolerable."

Raven picked up the severed head of a young child, imbuing it with poisonous Aura.

"Wow, how scary~ Please, keep making threats you can't back up. It always feels euphoric to put down a dog who's all bark and no bite!"

The man got down into a crouching position, licking his lips. "In a few seconds, you are gonna feel real fuckin' stupid for saying that, dumbass."

Than, he shot off like a cannonball. The immense power in his legs propelled him forward, running far more quickly than a human should be able to.

Before he could reach the wagon, a human's head crashed into him with immense force. Upon impact, it cracked open, and poison stuck to the man's chest.

The force of the throw pushed the man backwards, halting his momentum. Then, he had to focus on dodging, as many more heads and limbs were being thrown in his direction.

Raven was kicking up limbs, heads, and fleshy chunks, imbuing them with Aura, and then throwing them with immense speed. After being thrown, the projectile human bits would travel in a blur, going as fast as an arrow.

The man focused on dodging, getting used to Raven's patterns.

'Damn, I didn't expect a bunch chopped up losers to actually be able to hurt me! Stupid of me, a skull can weigh as much as a bowling ball, and if I charge forward, my acceleration will be added to the speed of the throw, making it even more powerful.'

He leapt out of the way of another skull. When it crashed into the ground near him, it exploded, poisonous Aura entering the air.

'Then, you have to consider the poison. If I let it hit me, it seeps into me. If I let it hit the ground, it gets into the air. If this goes on too long, the air will become toxic. Will I be able to handle that, even with my powerful body?'

He ducked below a little girl's arm, his eyes filled with excitement.

'The simple move would be to slowly move forward, while dodging his projectiles. I bet that is what he expects me to do. Hah, fuck simple!'

Then, one a particularly thick head was lobbed at him, and the man didn't dodge. In an instant, he reached out his hand. Twisting with the momentum of the head, he slowed it down just enough to control it. Still spinning, he rotated. All of his muscles worked together, building up for a powerful throw.

The man released, and the head cut through the air, traveling with the speed of a bullet towards Raven.

Before it could reach him, it collided with another head Raven threw. They crashed into each other, exploding it a fleshy mist that obscured the opponent's sight of each other.

The man grinned. 'Hah! He predicted it, did he? This still works for me, dumbfuck!'

He kicked off, flying towards the wagon as fast as he could. It wouldn't even take him a second to rea-

Hidden by the mist of gore, a dagger flew through the air. It stabbed into the man, hitting him in the neck.

For a second, Raven relaxed. That brief moment was all it took.

Unexpectedly, the man continued on. He crashed into the wagon, destroying it and sending Raven flying.

Raven stared at him, his eyes bulging. 'The fuck? He has a knife in his throat, a poisonous knife, and he is still fighting?'

Twisting through the air, Raven landed in a roll. Still, this wasn't a move he had practiced, so it was sloppy, and barely saved himself from suffering damage.

By the time Raven was getting up, the man was already in front of him, preparing a kick.

The man kicked, the force of it sending out a shockwave.

Right before it collided, Raven teleported behind, stabbing through him with his sword.

As soon as the man felt the blade entering his back, he kicked behind him with his other leg.

Raven felt several ribs crack due to the force of the kick, and he flew backwards. Rolling on the ground, he grimaced and cursed.

'Fuck! He got stabbed through the chest, and he could still kick me?! I should've put distance between us, and thrown a dagger! It might not have killed him, but it was the safer choice.'

The man turned, grinning. A knife was in his neck, and a sword stuck through his chest. Blood poured out of both wounds, yet he still seemed to have a lot of fight left in him.

"Looks like I won't be winning this game, little bastard. I can feel your poison spreading through me, and it won't be long before I kick the bucket."

He rolled his shoulders, and stretched his arms. "Still, if I can't win, no way in hell am I letting the fucker who did me in take a W. Prepare to be fucked, douchebag!"

Raven slowly got up. He took a deep breath, and smiled.

All Raven could see was fire, smoke, and ash. Splattered bits of dismembered people were spread all around, now being consumed by flame. The smell of the poisoned flesh being burned was rancid.

Nearby, there were three people still alive in the hellfire.

Raven stuck out his tongue at the man. "Thanks for the offer, but I am out of here!"

The man shot forward, trying to grab Raven. Just as his hands reached him, Raven had teleported away.

The man stomped the ground and screamed. "Am I a fuckin' retard?! Did I really let him get away, 'cause I wanted to gloat! God damn it!"

He looked out towards the collapsed and flaming buildings nearby. "You think you got away, shit-stain? I am still after you, motherfucker! I got time before I kick the bucket, and I can smell your sickly little body! You can't esca-"

"I hate to be a bother, but do you mind answering a few questions?"

The man spun around.

A few meters away, someone dressed in a thick, dark blue coat stood with his hands behind his back. He was of average height, and had a pale complexion. He stood straight, and dusted off a bit of ash that had gotten on his coat.

"My apologies for interrupting, of course. However, I just have to ask..."

The man shot towards the Prefect, preparing to pummel him into the ground. He was in front of the Prefect in a fraction of a second, his fist swinging with immense speed.

The Prefect calmly stepped out of the way, grabbing his arm. With perfect technique, he swung the man over his back, slamming him into the ground.

Before the man could react, the Prefect stomped on every join of his limbs, shattering them.

The prefect pulled out a rag, and began wiping away the blood that had gotten on his coat.

"... What drives you to go around slaughtering children? Please, think over your answer carefully."
