55 Zi Ji

Zi Ji was vexed.

She had been searching Fan Lin for more than Six months on the orders of Di Tian.

Di Tian could not leave the forest while the Bear lord was searching for Wulin and Myriad Lord flat out rejected meeting Fan Lin.

At last , Di Tian thought of Zi Ji. She was someone who can easily entice humans with her beauty and charms and it was not confirmed that Fan Lin was a soul beast. Even if Fan Lin is one, he will still fall for her trap as she was one of the most beautiful female soul beast that existed in the present time.

So he sent Zi Ji to find Fan Lin. She would be able to find him and bring him to them. He wanted to know if Fan Lin was really a soul beast or not.

He had lived a long life and he was one of the most powerful Beast God to ever exist. There are seldom any land soul beasts that he didn't know of, but the beast projection that Fan Lin showed was something he had never seen.

He became curious about this beast and even searched the whole soul beast history but he was not able to find it. He asked Gu Yuena and even she was not able to identify the three headed draconian beast.

The projection behind Fan Lin should either be a sea dwelling soul beast or just a figment of Fan Lin's imagination. These are the only two options.

Now towards Zi Ji.

Zi Ji has been searching for Fan Lin for the past six months. She got a clue to Fan Lin from a Hundred thousand year old soul beast Octopus king. He was a good child and he told her where Fan Lin was when she said she was his lover.

She went towards the place where the Octopus king told her . It was empty...

She went to the Octopus king again and got the information from his friends who told her everything when she was bashing him.

She once again went towards the place that they told her. It was empty...

She was going to beat them when she sensed the space fluctuations and hid herself in her domain. She was a spirit domain realm master herself and creating a simple illusion was easy for her.

Fan Lin returned from Shrek Academy for the first time at that time.

She was preparing for her words and was going to appear grandly in front of him.

Fan Lin teleported again to Shrek Academy to deliver the list at that time.

This happens due to him being rejected by the world (Planar ruler) the majestic aura that most of the people in power possess was not available to him.

Basically Fan Lin did not have that majestic aura which sets the heart of girls flutter, make weak people kneel in devotion and gain the admiration of others. Instead he has a debuff that make other people not comfortable with him.

This was the main reason why most of the people he met didn't like him that much and along with his own 'I don't care who you are' nature he is quite disliked even by the people he once saved. The same could be applied to Yali or all the other Shrek Academy staff or the people of the Federation.

The closer a person was to the planar ruler the larger the effect would be.

This was why most of the normal people feared and hated him at the same time.

At the same time, it was this unassuming look that made those Titled Douluos confident that they could easily capture Fan Lin before being killed by Fan Lin.

He looked and seemed weak. Him being a Soul Douluo didn't add any more majesty to him. Most of the people thought that he was just a weak person who got a mutated Soul ring and was using it to do his bidding.

That's why even after Fan Lin killed many of the Federation's Titled Douluos, they kept sending more and he had to hide in the Vast Ocean before he lost his last bit of sanity and destroy the Federation along with all the innocent humans in it.

Zi Ji greeted him and was just going to say her purpose when she heard a voice.

' His voice is also a little wired.'

He attacked her!!!

He dared to attack her so ruthlessly at that!!

She was shocked.

Even Di Tian would not have thought about this outcome.

His attack was strong. Really strong. She nearly died. If it was not for her draconian physique then she would not even be able to survive that attack.

She tried to salvage the situation. She knew that she was far weaker than him.

She didn't know that that if she had shown her true form then Fan Lin would not even dare to attack her. His blind love for animals will have given her a chance but she chose to come in her human form as she was not sure what he would like and it was easier to move in this form.

If I really wanted, then I would have already wiped it out years ago. I have the capability to do so then and I still have the capability to do so now..."
