37 The three-man team [37]

I enter a room and it seemed to be completely empty, I walked somewhere in the corner of the room before I sat down.

I closed my eyes and dozed off.

Time skip 15 minutes.

I suddenly woke up to the sound of people talking and the smell of sweat in the air.

I open my eyes slowly and looked around the room to see a few people in the room.

Most of them seem to be sweating while some of them seem to be looking around to scoot out the competition.

I feel some eyes on me as the number 1️⃣ on my shoulder seem to indicate that I was the number one player in this facility.

I look up at the digital board and saw something written on it saying" Form three-man team in advance"

I noticed Nagi and Reo were there, and they seem to only stay together in one of the corners of the room.

I wanted this to be over with and so I stood up, some eyes turn to me and some people seem to have finally noticed my presence as when I fell asleep, my face was hidden from sight.

I stretched my body a bit and stretched my back, I could feel every bone in my body and every single muscle in my body relax and let the stress flow out.

"Hey Nakada" I heard a familiar yet lazy voice calling my name.

I turn my head around slightly to be met with the figure of Nagi.

"Wanna team up with us," Nagi said looking toward me.

I titled my head a bit confused before he elaborate and said "Join our team"

"Come on Nagi, when you said you wanted to wait for someone did you meet 'that guy'" Reo said pitting heavy emphasis on the word that guy.

It seems like this guy hated me from the bottom of his heart,

"Yep, Nakada was the most amazing guy in that match, I want to try playing soccer with him," Nagi said looking back at Reo.

Reo looked like what Nagi just told him was the worst possible new ever as his entire face seek to darken and the light seem like it was leaving his eyes.

"Sorry can't join your team as I don't really like playing with people that dick ride for a living," I said looking at Reo.

"Then I will join your team, you're fine with that," Nagi said looking at me, and for the first time ever, I was able to see that this kid meant it.

"What are you talking about Nagi, you...We're supposed to team up with me" Reo said with a shocked expression.

His fave seems to have sweat pouring out of it as this shock-like state seems to not want to leave him.

"What gives?!What about me" Reo said looking at Nagi

"Reo, You taught me about soccer, You told me that you and I were going to be the best in the world and that was a fact..but we lost, we weren't the strongest and in order to learn about this thing called frustration that I felt for the first time, I wanna play soccer with Nakada, I want to try making an effort," Nagi said as he looked at Reo while Reo seems like he was about to cries and seem to be pretty close to reaching his mental peak.

Reo had his head down while I just smiled and said" Welcome to the team Nagi"

I walked toward a Hajime Nishioka and said

"Want to join our team"

He nodded to which I just smiled, Our team was complete.

I didn't just pick him randomly but I picked him as his nickname was the "Aomori's Messi" and I wanted to see if he lived up to the title of being compared to my idol.

I also wanted to see if his skill were good enough to be compare to me before being compared to the best player in the world.

Noel Noah may be the world best striker but I am not putting him as the world best player, In my own personal opinion I don't think he deserve that spot.(A/N Nakada is a but bias)

I will however give him the fact that he is the world best striker and I don't think anyone can take that from him as of now.

In the virtual board I could see our three-man team showing up.

{Hajime Nishioka, Nakada Shou, Nagi Seishiro}

"Later Reo, I will be waiting for you"Nagi said looking back at Reo to which Reo just acted like he didn't hear Nagi with a depressed and hurt look all over his face.

"Let's see if your name lives up to your skill," I said looking at Hajime to which he just nodded, He seem to be a tiny bit shy and anti-social, too which I didn't really mind as socializing is not really something I truly go out of my way to do unless I really need or want something.

"You were pretty cold back there," I said looking back toward the direction of Nagi

"I will be lying if I said, I didn't feel bad about it, this way seemed more excited, and isn't obeying to your ego the right choice here" Nagi said with a bored expression

"Blue Lock is just that kind of place," He said casually to which I just nod my head to what he said, This place is a place to nurture and grow people's egos and I am loving it so far.

I however do hope I get some competition out of it though.

A/N the reason Rin did not ask him to join his team is very simple, he wants to crush him to prove that he can beat his brother.

Also does anybody feel like this story need a love interest if yes vote for it in comment section.

If no then do the same as it truly doesn't really matter that much to me.

Either way, I'm still writing a story mainly focused on soccer. also whatever the answer that you guys give will only happen 12 chapters from now as those chapters have already been written down already and I don't feel like rewriting them.
