Aisaria was shocked to learn that a poacher had escaped their grasp at the Rhino Peninsula, despite her efforts to release toxic fog around the area. Yongrong pointed out the importance of vigilance and shared the intelligence gathered from the captured poacher about the stone giants' plans to attack Dragonfort from the east.

Yongrong offered Aisaria the chance to join him, with the condition that she had to listen to him and cut ties with the green dragon group to fully integrate into his team. Aisaria was hesitant, questioning if Yongrong was seeking her loyalty. He clarified that it wasn't about loyalty but forming an alliance—a community of shared interests, akin to a family.

Despite dragons' reluctance to pledge allegiance, Yongrong's proposition of forming an alliance appealed to Aisaria, especially when he mentioned the inclusion of Kazan, which she initially resisted due to past grievances.

Yongrong also approached Kazan, who was initially dismissive, believing he could secure his own release without Yongrong's intervention. However, after some consideration, Kazan decided to stay, indicating a willingness to follow Yongrong's lead, albeit with some reluctance and under the condition of maintaining his fierce nature.

Lastly, Yongrong sought out Oser, "the Mountain," who declined the invitation due to his preference for laziness and disinterest in undertaking any work that might be required in the east.

Yongrong respected Oser's decision, recognizing the limited depth of their relationship and Oser's repayment of a past favor during the giant wolf crisis.
