Timeline and ideas(not a chapter)

Well guys i have done the timeline to guide my writing but i would like to make a change to earlier events.

 I would like to make a change to previous events,something I read in the comments was to the great limitation of the amount of nobles,some gave ideas that MC could give the blessing,but that would break the balance of the story completely since nothing would prevent Mc from having an army with all those enhancements,so it occurred to me to go back to the root of it all,the blessing is simply the alteration of the human genome of physical characteristics.

MC has knowledge of hundreds of thousands of lives so he ''should'' be able to handle that knowledge with relative ease,what I would add would be that MC created a top secret laboratory that only he and very few know where he performs unethical and very morally questionable experiments to advance the technology of his civilization by leaps and bounds,but at the same time he is afraid that all that technology will enter suddenly because of the hard shock that a civilization will face when everything changes from one day to the next.

the limitation would be the ability to obtain the materials for a revolutionary technology in genetics because many of the minerals that are needed are not considered more than pretty stones at best and MC does not have the ability to create the serum of the super soldier very easily, leaving that MC can create nobles, but very few so it would only be a political use

so I would like to have your opinion on whether to continue with my idea or just forget about it because it would give too much power to MC.

the timeline so far should be like this

-the hard fall of pride,(chapter lannister tygett lannister pov) about what happened in the marriage of the ''little'' son of tywin(one or two chapters)

-the city of the traitors(third person)a city receives the exemplary punishment of the prussian monster for his treason(one or two chapters)

-the power of rumors(third person the finn)the return of the finn after completing his last mission catching up with all the local politics and the great lion scandal(introduction of the laboratory possible change).

-the silent war(chapter of the army captain with a state pov)on duty in the city the protagonist is confronted with the reality that there are spies everywhere seeking to uncover Prussian secrets)

the north will remember(chapter stark eddard stark pov)the journey the lord of the north with his father-in-law through prussian territory

-my god is the true one(jon arryn pov)at one of the many banquets the hand of the king discovers the power of the god of the prussians(possible change)

all or nothing(third person myr and lys)myr and lys put aside their differences and try to deal a final defeat to the dictator perpetuo before their neighbors smell their weakness with dothraki at their gates.

If someone comes up with a good idea that can be applied, be sure that I will do my best to make it happen.
