SEAN'S STATEMENT OF LOVE

"Cut! Perfect!" shouted the director excitedly. Everyone took a deep breath and clapped their hands in pleasure. They finally felt relieved after the pressure of filming to finish in a day was finally over.

The crew and cast cheered and thanked each other for working so hard. Then each of them rested in his place. While the director revisits scene after scene, making sure there are no flaws that would have the dire consequences of having to repeat the scene.

After making sure that all the scenes that the players have played are perfect, then the director can lean back with relief. The work is done, and it's just a matter of processing the effects and all the things needed to make the ad perfect and interesting.

"Thank you to all the crew and cast we all had a great work together today. Especially Alice, who can act perfectly and can match the spirit of Nathael and Dena, as artists with high flying hours. I believe your career will soar after this ad airs. Cheers, Alice!" said Alice's director, giving Alice his praise.

"Thank you, Mr. Director. I am not the only one who deserves your praise, Sir. Everyone who worked on this ad deserves the same praise. I am grateful that Mr. Director allowed me to take part in this advertisement. Thank you, Sir! Thank you to all of you!" Alice happily thanks to the excellent director and also to all the crew on duty.

"Nael, you were great today, thank you!" Alice also said to Nael.

"I'm great! So have you fallen in love with me?" replied Nael half arrogant and smelling seductive.

"Come on, Nael. Aren't you tired of always persuading me like that? You know best that our relationship was just pretended, and why did you get carried away after that do you realize that's unprofessional, huh?" Alice asked again.

"I don't care about acting. I think that we are a real couple. Besides, I don't like my fiancé. I just want you to be my lover. Why couldn't you understand this from the start?" replied Nael with a pitiful face and teary eyes.

One hard pat landed on the handsome Nael's forehead. And the clapping managed to change his expression back to normal and he even laughed at Alice.

"Be aware! Your acting doesn't work for me, hihihi! Why? Does it hurt? Feel it! Who told you to keep dreaming?" said Alice nagging Nael and then laughed. He knew that Nael loved to dramatize his feelings for Alice.

After all, Alice didn't want to give Nael the slightest chance to approach her as a lover. Let Nael be his best friend with normal friendship, without getting involved and knowing that Alice's life is not as good as others think.

"I'm home, Nael. I'll see you soon, at least at the friendly event after this ad launches. Take care of yourself, yeah! I'm leaving!" said Alice, who without waiting for Nael's response was already walking.

"Alice, I'm staying at your house tonight, okay?" Nael shouted at Alice who started to walk away.

"I'm not home tonight. You go back to your hotel! See you later!" Alice replied with a smile and waved her hand at Nael.

"Alice, how long will our friendship turn into love I hope you change your mind and accept me," said Nael with a smile as he watched Alice's back continue to drift away and disappear.

Arriving at the entrance of the Wing, Alice stood alone. Her hopes there are still taxis passing by at this hour of the night. But instead of a passing taxi, a familiar car stopped in front of her.

"Are you waiting for an invite? Get on, after dropping Dena off, I'll tell the driver to take you home!" said Luna from the car. Alice looked sincere but suspicious.

And Alice was right. The fake sincerity was based on the whole crew's good attitude towards Alice and even the director liked her, so Luna took the opportunity to take advantage of her good impression as Alice's relative as well.

"No, thank you. You can continue your journey. I'll wait a little longer," Alice said politely and without further ado.

The passenger window opened and Dena was smiling sarcastically at Alice.

"Of course she refused your ride, Luna. She is waiting for her sugar daddy or her boyfriend to pick her up. She's a great artist, aren't you underestimating her by offering her a ride?" Dena squeaked with a disdainful expression on Alice's face.

"Yeah, that's exactly right I'm waiting for a rich man who wants to take me home, as Dena said just now. So don't bother being kind to me, if the kindness you show is fake!" Alice replied with a bit of a smug tone.

"You don't know how to make a profit! Come on, Sir, let's go home!" Luna cursed and then ordered the driver to drive their car again.

"Go! I don't need your fake attention!" Alice's scolding for Luna and Dena who had left her immediately stopped, when the luxury car that was like her ride this morning stopped right in front of her suddenly.

"Come on, let's take you home!" said Sean softly to Alice.

"Mark, it's almost midnight. We have sailed far. How did Boss get here?" Rick asked Mark anxiously.

"Rick is right, Mark. It's been too long, and there's been no movement whatsoever. Were we deliberately framed and directed this far?" continued Ben added.

"Yes, I think our suspicions this afternoon were correct. This could be a trap to lure us into following their game. And thank goodness Boss isn't here," Mark replied.

"What do you mean?" Rick asked what Mark meant.

"I mean, if this is a trap, Boss will be safe. Boss safety is more important. We are more than enough to complete this mission," Mark answered without hesitation.

"Yes, you are right, Mark! Let's finish all this and go home. I don't know why I miss Boss so much," Rick said excitedly.

Mark and Ben glanced at Rick at the same time. More accurately, they felt Rick's behavior was a bit different this time.

"Rick, what's wrong with you? Why are you weird tonight? You usually want to linger on missions and stay away from the Boss?" asked Ben in surprise, and his question to Rick represented the same question from Mark.

"I don't know why either. You know, I even sent a voice message to Boss because I miss him," Rick said calmly, and then smiled at his two best friends.

Mark and Ben listened to Rick's every sentence with confused feelings. For some reason, Rick's current words sounded pathetic to their ears. Mark and Ben embraced Rick in their midst. And without thinking, Rick cried as he hugged his two friends tightly.

"Rick, never mind! Why are you so when you look like a stupid man who broke up, Haha!" Mark mocked in a sentence that Rick didn't understand.

"Hey, are you making fun of me, huh?" asked Rick who sensed Mark was laughing at him.

"No, I'm not making fun of you. Let's complete this mission and come home soon. I also miss the Boss!" Mark replied to Rick and Ben before they got serious this time.

At the same time…

Alice looked silent and pensive. She directed her gaze out the window. I don't know what she was thinking until Sean could feel it.

"Sorry," one word that came out of Sean managed to break Alice's thoughts.

"Yes? What did Master say just now?" Alice asked confused.

"Sorry, for making you tired. I ordered everyone to finish shooting in one day, and that's ridiculous," continued Sean regretfully.

"Oh, no problem. The filming went smoothly anyway. And I think it's better not to waste too much time," Alice answered honestly.

"Don't you want to know the reason I made that decision?" Sean asked again.

"No need. You a leader, it's only fitting that you give orders. And I'm also sure, Mr. CEO's decision was well thought out. And yes, as you predicted, filming can be completed in one day," Alice responded casually.

"That's true, but not all of it is true. I made that decision because I was jealous," Sean said with a gentle look at Alice.

"Jealous? To who? Don't tell me if you're jealous of me, I can fly, Master. hahaha!" Alice laughed at Sean's words.

The car slowed down and soon came to a smooth stop right in front of Alice's apartment. Sean turned off the engine and then turned to a confused Alice.

"I'm serious about what I said I was really angry when you were close to that male artist, I couldn't imagine that you two would be together for three days," Sean said seriously.

"Excuse me, dear Mr. Sean. My relationship with Nathanael was only limited to co-workers. Why are you angry anyway?" Alice explained everything politely.

"Alice, I'm serious. I know that your relationship isn't that simple you guys were lovers when you were in California, right? I'm sorry if I investigated your life secretly," Sean admitted his actions in finding out about Alice's life until Alice who heard it raised an eyebrow in disbelief.
