Chapter 17 - Troublemaker

Laura Kinney, my memories of hers were only based upon the thing I know from the movies.

'Can you transfer all the necessary data of Laura's past.' 

[ Done. ]

In a split second everything about Laura until this moment was transfered into my mind allowing me to see her past and I can see why she acts this way. Her life was more or less a successful version of Wolverine in making a weapon.

Seriously, can't this dumbass make weapons like literal weapons and not some human? Though, there are some benefits but in the end it just feels like doing shortcuts and failing miserably. 

Her case is worth more looking into. Maybe I can ask Jean to investigate and uncover whoever is behind the experiment. Rogue could also help in finding answers but I'll ask her later.

You might be wondering why I wouldn't be just the mind stone to take shortcuts and this is a perfect opportunity to let the girls have some satisfaction in helping someone. 

I've gotten too strong far too quickly and neglect the fact the others are still mortals. Giving them more power would corrupt them since even my brother couldn't completely use his Iron God form for far too long without getting corrupt and turning his view into a Nihilism.  

There is also the fact that when turning ourselves into a cosmic Entity would turn into an aspect of the universe.

For example, Eternity represents Time, Infinity represents Space and the Phoenix is creation and destruction or rather the cycle of existence while Galactus is a smaller aspect of a living force of nature whose existence is necessary to correct the imbalances between the conceptual entities; Eternity and Death. 

I, on the other hand, represent flesh or anything of that given form within reality along with Survival, evolution and adaptation. Tony becomes a god of intellect when turning himself into the Iron God. 

I'm getting off topic, I might need to have time and talk with Laura. Maybe give her the chance to take his hands on closure. It would be a test for her when the time comes. 

"Sorry for how she behaves."

I turn my attention from Laura who left to Kitty who apologizes for her. 

"Kitty, you shouldn't apologize to her. She's just being an ass again."

"Shut it, Bobby. You just don't know who she truly is."

Kitty glared at Bobby who stopped and stepped back a bit that made me chuckle a bit. 

"I've dealt with people far worse than her. I'm an Ex X-Men you know?"

"Yeah! I read in your wiki. You were the one who helped reshape the current mutant society and become an activist."

Right, I made plans for many things like changing the great leader of each country to have a new leadership and change how they see things.

The constant conflict had always been the lack of unity which I provided that was enough to stop them doing dick measuring contests. 

"You sound more and more like a die hard fan girl of my Sugar, Kitty~. We don't mind adding more to his hare-"

"Don't give her any ideas."

Ororo smacked her causing Rogue to wince and angry while I inwardly sigh at their antics and turn to see Kitty blushing.

"I-I am a fan but I won't go that far!"

"Just ignore what she said. It's Rogue being rogue."

*Wait dude, did she just say harem? Like you have more than 2 chick?"

John looked at me surprised with a hint of admiration. 

"Yeah?"

"Woah!? How did you do that!?" 

"Luck, I guess. You should ask them not me, I didn't do anything special."

"Alright enough chit chat. Gather up and we will start tour evaluation."

Emma yelled out getting their attention before giving each of them a hard criticism. She was brutal when it comes to her words that could make each of them cry.

"Rogue should be the one giving her evaluation but seeing that she isn't fit-"

"Hey!"

"-To judge you then I'll be the one doing the job for her."

Rogue tried to protest but was immediately ignored by Emma and made me laugh receiving a light punch from Rogue. 

"Firstly, I know the match is random but regardless, in a real combat scenario you'll end up teaming up with people you don't have the best…connection."

She glanced at us since we did have bad blood in the past but that was eventually resolved. 

"You first need to understand each other's powers and get a better grasp of how to coordinate your strategy when facing off an enemy. Remember, one wrong move will cause you an arm or a leg if you're lucky."

Emma explained giving them the basic things that are crucial when acting as heroes. At times you'll team up with some that is a bad matchup and best to understand one another to better plan out the scenario.

"You."

Kitty stiffened when Emma pointed at her. 

"Miss Pryde, your coordination with Miss Kinney has been flawless with only minor mistakes. Therefore you got an average score."

"What? Only an average score."

"Want me to lower it?"

"No mam!"

"Jeez, still cold as ice huh?"

I said, getting her attention.

"Hmph. I can't let them be overconfident when it comes to this kind of scenario."

"I know but in my opinion she did quite splendidly."

"You're too soft."

"Your too hard like heart of diamond oh wait you ar-"

Bam!

"Nice one but you could do better."

She turned into a diamond and punched me straight to the face but I was faster and blocked it with a hand that smoked from the impact and friction.

"Can you please stop interrupting my work?"

"Never."

"...I hate you."

"No you don't."

Emma frowned with a vein popping from her head but she stopped caring anymore and continued her criticism, turning his attention to Bobby who also stiffened.

"As for you, your ice power would have been perfect if you stopped to think which to target. Remember to find the perfect Blindspot and study your power first since they're some metals that are highly resistant to cold temperature."

He anxiously nodded, taking her words into consideration. Emma then went to John who had been smirking and playing with his lighter.

"As for you, what I said earlier applies to you but unlike him, you place your team in danger by just randomly blasting flames at your enemy."

John shrugged it off, annoying Emma causing him to fall into the ground after being attacked by her telepathic powers. 

"Don't take my words lightly! Now that's all I have to say, class is dismissed."

Pyro was annoyed while glaring at her but stopped himself and just walked out the room while Bobby soon followed and then Kitty.

"It's been nice meeting you!"

"Likewise, I hope to see your growth."

I said as she left the training and did the same walking out of the building where Natasha went with Emma frost to talk with Charles.

"Make sure to not start a cat fight."

"So long the widow doesn't bite then I won't."

"Then please don't try to read my mind."

"Really? Don't want him to know about you-"

"Enough teasing Emma."

I yelled out stopping her from making Natasha feel uncomfortable. I'm not an idiot to know what she wants and how her emotions always flood into me. 

"You sure don't want to hear her thoughts? It's quite…intriguing."

"Whatever it is, keep it to yourself."

"Suit yourself."

Emma walked away leaving Natasha with Enzo. How can a woman be so difficult? 

"Oh right, Hey nat are you free in Christmas?"

"Yes, I don't have a mission at the time. What do you ask?"

"I was planning for the Christmas party for everyone. Hope you could join us."

"I would love to."

"Alright! Then I won't take anymore of your time to see there."

She smiled before walking closer to kiss my cheek and smiled softly at me.

"But next time, take me out for dinner will you?"

"A date with a hot spy? Who would refuse! Just the date then make something fancy."

"I'll tell you when I'm free, see you later."

She left, heading her way to Charles. I took a moment to appreciate her body that seemed to make a smile and display it in a subtle way. She's a tease but whatever. 

Ever since I've healed her womb this is how she has been with me. Guess it left an impression enough that she considered me to have her. 

Still we haven't gotten a romantic interaction which is why I haven't been close to her like the other girls.

I went back to where Ororo and Rogue along with my two daughters and Illyana were.

"So did she ask you on a date, sugar~?"

"Let me guess, it was you who suggested it?"

"Maybe. But she's been eyeing you, so I recommend taking her. She just wants a family of her own."

"Aren't you two bit jealous?"

I'm still worried that they are doing this for me since whoever female I interact with doesn't mean they need to be with me! 

"We can't exactly say no."( Ororo )

"I don't see any problem. Your extremely powerful abilities can always give us some alone time with you, anyway."( Rogue)

"...guess you're right."

"Well I'll go ahead and let you two have alone time. I'll take care of the girls and bring Illyana to Piotr later." ( Ororo )

"Alright, you girls go with Ororo."

"But I want to play with you, Daddy."( Scarlet )

"Hmmm, don't worry I'll bring a surprise gift for the two of you."

"Really! What is it! Tell us! Tell us!!" ( Nova )

"It's a secret and don't use your power to ruin it since it would ruin the surprise."

"Okay! I'm so excited!!" ( Scarlet )

"Yeah! Yeah!" ( Nova )

The two run around being ecstatic about the new when I don't actually think of giving the two. Ororo leaned for a whisper in my ear.

"You tricked them didn't you?" 

"Maybe but I was serious in finding a surprise gift for them. Any suggestions?"

"Maybe a pet? It gives them something to play with."

"Oh great idea! You really are a lifesaver, Ororo."

I took her waist and raised her, which made Ororo flustered while Rogue smirked in the side.

"E-Enzo, stop and bring me down!"

"Hehehe sorry can't help it. But anyway, you three have fun."

Placing her down quickly took the kids and left me with Rogue who immediately wrapped her arms in mine pressing her breast into it.

"Enjoying the view?"

"You have no idea."

"So where to, Sugar~?"

"Well, I have a plan but it can wait. I want to see Asteria first."

She nodded as we walked in our direction to the library that was also a huge building. Its architecture was a mixture of futuristic and Victorian era. 

We went inside by giving out identification before it automatically opened for us and walked down the hall until we arrived in the library where they had a vast selection of books.

I used my senses to scour the place until I found my daughter walking my way until finding mountains of books stacked together where on top was a young girl with short black hair and blank emotionless expression.

"Oh Father, you're here. I must apologize for the mess, I promise I'll clean it once I'm done."

"Do it now, you shouldn't sit on top of that!?"

Asteria flinched a bit looking around her then to me and gave a nod.

"I see, then apologies."

She uses her power to manipulate the books and return them each to their own shelf. This is my 3rd daughter who was completely different from my other children who seem alof and don't care about the world.

I'm unsure if this is because of how she was created but her personality is a contrast with the other two. 

"Anyway, I'm just checking how you were doing. What are you reading there?"

"I don't know, it's just fascinating to me."

I looked at the cover and the moment I realized what she was reading immediately took it from her hands, surprising her despite still having emotionless distant expressions.

"Why did you suddenly take it father? Did I do something wrong?"

"Uhmm well yes sort of. This book is not suited for you. I think it's best if you grow up a bit more."

"Is that so? Well I'll just read a different one then."

"Y-Yeah I think that's a good idea."

She walked away a bit taking another book in the shelf while Rogue became curious why I was acting weird. 

"Why are you so worked up?"

"Here."

I gave her the book reading the title since it said 'Fifty Shades of Gray'. Seriously as far as I know it shouldn't have been written in 2008!? Not because I read it, but because one of my friends in my previous life told me about it. 

"Hehehe wanna try this?"

"So long you're into it then we can next time."

"When we do it you should pin me down hard."

Now her seductive voice makes me more eager to just pin her down. It was rather arousing to imagine her being all submissive. 

"Anyway, father, why are you here? I thought you and Mother Anne had a date?"

Asteria returned with another book that was more appropriate for her age. 

"I am but I wanted to see how you are doing. Why don't you join your sister and play?"

"It is trivial, father. I'll join them once I'm satisfied with reading."

"Suit yourself but make sure to not spend too much here." 

"Ah before you go, father."

She placed down her book a moment to look at me.

"Actually, it's nothing just to ignore what I said."

"Oh come sweetie, what do you need?"

I smiled patting her head as she look down, mumbling something but I heard.

"Seriously is that it?"

"Well, Mother won't allow me to."

"Alright, I'll find some planets for you but only where the place is savage land, okay?"

"That's fine with me Father."

"You and your mother are such a glutton." 

"Perhaps Mother would appreciate hearing that."

"You're too young to be blackmailing me, kiddo. Anyway, be a good girl and find your sibling once you're done. Knowing them then they'll end up causing trouble."

"I think they already started some chaos."

In that moment, the sound of explosion could be heard that made me facepalm and look at Rogue who was giggling.

"Those two….well we're going."

"See you father."

We quickly left the library heading to where my daughters would be.

"I told them to behave themselves…"

"Can't blame them, they're kids…well in a way."

They easily have the intellect and maturity of a full grown adult but remain in child personality since they enjoy being one. I've told them to change slowly in the pace of women and probably the most regretful thing I did but hey there my daughter. 

The location was the mechanical and robotic labs where I found the two riding a robotic dinosaur that was infected with fleshy red tendrils. 

"Heeeya! Kiddy up!"

"Sister, I think we should stop?"

"Why? D-Daddy!?"

I teleported the two in front of me while returning the pace back to its original state. Thankfully no one was hurt or it would be disastrous. 

"I told you to behave yourself." 

"It was scarlet that suggested it!"

"Hey, you were the one who agreed!"

"Enough you two. Next time when you're going to play don't mess around where people could get hurt."

"But daddy I can always heal them again if they get hurt."

"That doesn't make it any better young lady."

I firmly said making her downcast and receiving more scolding from me until they were drained. I made Scarlet and Nova clean up their mess and apologize for everything then took them back to Ororo.

"I only took my eye off for a few minutes and immediately started causing trouble!" 

"Sorry Mommy Ororo!"

"Hmph, are you two even going on a date?"

"Yeah, we just went to see Asteria but this two troublemakers took our time."

"Well I'll handle the rest, you two just have fun and relax."

I nodded giving my goodbye to the two then Rogue waist not wasting anymore time teleported the two of us to another location. This had been long overdue and now her expression says it all. 

"This place is…"

"A planet that my clone visited and thought it would be a great place to start our date. This place doesn't have any lifeform and the animals along with the plant life are just beyond tasty."

The place we were in was the balcony of the mansion that I've built and took this planet as the place to escape from everything. The stars in the sky and planets were visible despite the oxygen levels and despite all natural things. 

"Hope you are hungry since our meal is going to be out of this world."

"Wait, am I the first one to be here?"

"Yes, the girls might feel jealous but I'll handle them. There's still many planets to choose from."

"You really go and beyond, sugar~"

"Only the best for my queens."

"Then I shall treat you a king in bed, Sugar~"

I laughed it off while we hugged for a moment to look at the night sky before we sat down at the table and soon after my servant came bringing us our meal for the night. 

This place reminds of the world of Toroki where everything was like food itself! There's even an enormous elephant that had meat like jewel meat and holy damn was it mouth drooling.

"Did you really need to wear a maid outfit?"

"Hey can't a guy have guilty pleasure?"

"Then want me to wear one?"

"...Maybe."

"So you want me to serve you, master~?"

She leaned forward accentuating her breast to tease me. Yeah that's just a sight to behold if I'm being honest.

"Greetings Mistress, Master we've prepared the best dishes that this world provides and took delicate care in creating them. I hope you two would enjoy." 

The maids soon opened the tray to reveal the dishes that made Rogue almost get a foodgasm from the aroma.

"My god! They smell so good!? Shouldn't Gali be the one being here?"

"Her taste buds are different from ours and my power is the only thing that could provide that. Anyways, let's dig in."
