7 Chapter 7: Mini Timeskips Part 2 (Reupload)
A/N:
Question 1/2: How many shadows could sung jin woo originally extract and save. And how did the max amount increase?
Question 3: Should I keep strength stat for speed (thats how it is for SL), or should I change it to Agility for speed? If I keep it with strength stat, MC would be OP a lot quicker and it may be boring though. So whether you want close/tough battles, or MC demolishing everyone by end of soul society arc, that's what I'm asking (I might still change the speed to agility stat though, I need to do maths though and think about the amount of stat points he'd have at certain times).

A week and a day had passed since the whole Orihime ordeal had happened, meaning it was the 28th of May, Monday.
(Stat Points: 0 -> 24)
5 days ago, the 23rd, it was Mizuiro's birthday.
Unsurprisingly, his mother wasn't there to celebrate his 16th birthday.
However, Mizuiro had an enjoyable day as his school friends (Ichigo and Keigo's idea) set up a surprise party at his house.
His friends were able to set it up as Rukia let them in (An extra key was made for her to have) and gladly assisted them in setting it up.
The day ended with everybody (Except Rukia and Mizuiro) getting drunk and sleeping over... mainly because what they did was kind of illegal and most of their were worried about how their family would react to find out they were drunk.
The people that got drunk regretted their actions the next day as they went to school with a migraine and feeling nauseous.
Anyway, it was now the 28th, and Mizuiro had gone up the stairs to the rooftop to see Ichigo and Rukia sitting there eating their food.
"How do I open this?" He saw Rukia ask Ichigo, holding a strawberry milk.
Mizuiro silently crept behind Rukia and took her milk, too fast for her to see.
"Huh?" She looked to her sides first, before turning her head around and seeing Mizuiro standing there whilst holding her milk with a smile.
"Yo, Mizuiro" Ichigo greeted, taking a bite of his sandwich.
"Sup, Ichigo" He looked over Rukia's head as he replied to Ichigo.
Rukia, with a ticked off expression, reeled her right leg back and aimed a strong kick at Mizuiro's leg.
"Woah woah, relax yourself-" He jumped over her leg and looked back down at Rukia, patting her head, "-Pipsqueak" He teased, smirking as he did so.
She swatted his hand away and looked up at him with a glare "It's not my fault you've decided to have an abnormal growth spurt since meeting me... idiot" She pouted, slightly jealous.
Her 4'9 short self had to look up at Mizuiro, who at first was only 5'0, but ended up becoming 5'7 now.
(A/N: Should I make Rukia taller, if so how much - She still has to be quite short though :) He will be 6ft+ by the end of his growth)
"For real, you're almost as tall as me. I wouldn't be surprised if you ended up being taller than me by next month" Ichigo added, still seated and munching on his food.
"Hahaha, maybe maybe" Mizuiro laughed, before poking the straw into the strawberry milk and handing it back to Rukia, "Here"
She retrieved her stolen milk and began to drink it "Mmm... Thas good~" She exhaled in delight, slurring her words "Thanks" She thanked Mizuiro.
"Hey, can I join you guys and girl?" Keigo, who appeared with a sandwich and drink asked.
"Hey Keigo" Mizuiro and Ichigo both said.
"Good afternoon" Rukia greeted.
"Oh, Chad's not here?" Keigo noticed after looking around and not seeing Chad anywhere on the roof with them.
"Haven't seen him" Ichigo replied, to which Mizuiro added a "Neither", causing Keigo to express his doubt
"Weird, wonder where he's gone"
Meanwhile, Rukia was just enjoying her strawberry milk in the background.
Suddenly, interrupting the minute of fun time the group had, a pair of delinquents kicked Keigo's back, causing him to nearly drop his food and drink.
"Woah!" Being pushed forward slightly, Keigo yelped as he turned around "Oww! What are you do-..." He saw the two students and recognised them, his face sweating as he looked at the two worriedly.
Ignoring Keigo and everyone else, the blonde haired man looked straight at Ichigo, "Yo, Kurosaki" The guy attempted to look intimidating as he began to walk up to Ichigo, who looked at the new arrivals with a straight face.
"O... Ooshima" Keigo began to slightly shake in fear "They lifted your suspension...?" He asked
"I'm not talking to you, now move out the way" Ooshima walked past Keigo, "Kurosaki, when the hell are you dyeing your hair?? With that hair and droopy eyes, people are starting to think I'm copying you" He said angrily, grabbing Ichigo's collar.
Rukia and Mizuiro just stood next to each other and ate popcorn that he got seemingly out of nowhere (His inventory) as they spectated the confrontation.
Keigo on the other hand still looked at Ooshima with fear in his eyes.
"Oi! Answer me-" Ooshima got pissed at how Ichigo aired his question and reeled his free fist back until, "Oof!" Ooshima felt a strong arm hit the side of his head, causing him to release his grip from Ichigo weakly as he fell sideways and planted on to the floor.
"Yo guys!" Chad greeted, walking over Ooshima's unconscious body. The lackey/friend of Ooshima began to sweat as he looked up at the towering Chad "I-I..."
He hurriedly grabbed Ooshima's body and ran away, "WE'RE SORRYYYYYYyyyyy-" His voice died out once he got far enough.
"Be careful, you coulda killed Ooshima. Atleast you're ok-..." Keigo was about to finish his sentence until he got a good look at Chad's bandaged self "YOU'RE NOT OKAY! WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?!" Keigo cried in worry, pointing at Chad's dishevelled figure.
"Well... yesterday a steel beam fell on my head, then today I collided with a motorcycle..." Chad answered as he placed down a bird cage.
"Woah, what's that?" Keigo looked at the bird with an interested look.
Mizuiro, Ichigo and Rukia looked at the bird in the cage with interested eyes.
"I also got this when..." Chad started before contemplating for a few seconds, "I got it yesterday"
"YOU TOTALLY SKIPPED EVERYTHING!" Keigo complained loudly.
"Hello! My name is Shibata Yuiichi! Nice to meet you!" The parakeet spoke in a high pitched voice, like that of a child.
"!" Ichigo's, Rukia's and Mizuiro's eyes widened in shock.

"You sure that was just a lonely spirit as you said?" Mizuiro asked Rukia.
They were both currently back at his house after school ended and were discussing the parakeet situation.
Ever since Chad showed the parakeet, Mizuiro's senses were going off that the parakeet wasn't the usual lonely spirit, hence his question.
"Yes, there was no traces of any hollow or anything similar on that parakeet" Rukia replied, looking at her phone.
Suddenly, her phone rang. "Ichigo's calling?" Rukia questioned in surprise, but she picked up the phone - to which Mizuiro got closer to her and her phone so that he could overhear.
"Get Mizuiro and both of you come to my house, quick!!" Mizuiro could hear Ichigo plead before he ended the call.
"Let's go" They both agreed and ran to Ichigo's house.

After arriving, Ichigo explained how Chad had arrived a short while ago after being in an accident and saw a mark that looked like that of a hollow.
After the explanation, Rukia agreed with his comment as she said "Indeed, I can smell the small scent of hollow traces being here"
Suddenly, whilst they were conversating, Mizuiro felt the presence from upstairs (Chad) leaving at a fast pace.
"I'll show you-" Ichigo was about to lead them upstairs and show Chad's injured state until
"Chad's ran away!" Mizuiro exclaimed, worrying Ichigo and shocking Rukia.
Ichigo, surprised at the news, gripped Mizuiro's shoulders strongly as he stated "Are you for real? This isn't the time to be messing about!"
"Of course I'm serious! Why the hell would I lie in this situation!?" Mizuiro shook himself off from Ichigo's grip and said "We've gotta catch up to him before he does something stupid" Rukia and Ichigo nodded in agreement
"Time to hunt for a runaway Chad"
Though he noticed it, Mizuiro didn't point out to Ichigo and Rukia that Karin had watched them leave with a worried expression.

"Did we finally run away?"
"I don't know..."
Chad and Yuiichi conversated as they hid in a warehouse from something.
Suddenly, the warehouse wall broke, causing Chad to jump out the way while holding Yuiichi.
They dodged a hit that impacted with the floor they previously sat on and began to run away once more.
"Mister..."
"It's okay... I'll definitely save...
Your mother"

.
"CHAD!" Ichigo shouted as the three turned the corner and saw Chad running.
Chad turned around and acknowledged them being there, but still ran which shocked Ichigo
"WHY ARE YOU RUNNING?!" He bellowed in both anger and worry for his friend.
When they turned another corner trying to chase Chad, an exhausted Karin appeared.
"Karin? What are you doing here!? It's late!" Ichigo asked, noticing that Karin was stumbling and could barely stand up "What happened to you?! You can barely walk!" He expressed his worry.
He turned to Mizuiro and Rukia, "Please, chase after Chad. Leave me with Karin, I'll catch up to you two!"
"No, you go with Rukia, I'll stay with Karin" Mizuiro argued in response, to which Ichigo was about to refute until he carried on "Only you can do THAT, it's best if I take Karin home and protect her in case something happens" 'THAT' being purifying the hollow, which was most likely the cause of all this Mizuiro figured.
Taking a few seconds of silence to contemplate things, Ichigo eventually looked at Mizuiro with a look full of conviction "Alright, but if anything happens to Karin...-"
"Don't worry, nothing will happen. Now go" Mizuiro said sternly.

.
.
"Hey... why aren't you making a sound with that tongue of yours?..." Ichigo menacingly said, with his hand inside the hollow's mouth after punching through his teeth.
"I..." The hollow's voice exposed its fear
"Nothing? Alright then... I guess, you won't need this tongue then!" Ichigo shouted, ripping the hollow's tongue out of its mouth.
"Guh... YOU BASTARD! MY TONGUE" The hollow screamed and cried in anger, "GAHH!" The hollow screamed in agony once more, seeing Ichigo impale its leg with his zanpakuto.
"Why don't you savour this a little? How it's like to be the murdered one" Ichigo spoke menacingly
"Ahh!" The hollow screamed in fear as it ripped its leg off and attempted to fly away
"Running away? That's right... you're scared, aren't you? So much so that you'd rip off your own leg to try and escape" Ichigo shouted, jumping up high to the flying hollow, "Never forget that fear... Hammer it into your mind...
AND DISAPPEAR!" Ichigo slained the hollow and fell back down onto the ground.
"Mission complet- Oh, you're back" Ichigo noticed Mizuiro standing next to Rukia who recovered from her injuries somehow.

When he arrived about a minute ago, Mizuiro noticed Rukia had a few injuries from the hollow and gave her a potion to drink to see if it would help her.
'Good to know' He thought as he saw her injuries disappear.
"What was that-" She was about to ask but Mizuiro silenced her by putting his finger to her lips
"Shh, it's a secret" He playfully said before laughing at his own cringe moves.

"Yo. Before you ask, Karin's already in bed and asleep" Mizuiro said, to which Ichigo nodded with a smile.
"That's goo- WHAT THE HELL IS THAT" Ichigo shouted as he looked at two gigantic purple ominous doors appear.
Rukia then explained that the doors were the gates of hell.
The door opened slowly and a sword appeared, impaling the hollow that Ichigo had slained.
The doors closed shortly after and disappeared.

.
"This time, your mom really will be waiting for you" Ichigo said to Yuiichi with a smile, "Well... should we send your soul off, finally?"
"Y-yeah!" Yuiichi yelped before looking at Chad, "Mister... thank you, for everything!"
"Mm... it was nothing..." Chad muttered with a soft smile.
"..." The group was silent as they all looked at Chad, "...Yuuichi... When I die and go over there... is it alright if I... carry you around one more time?" Chad asked, rubbing the side of his mouth with his finger.
The boy's soul came out of the parakeet and looked at Chad with a smile, "...Sure!"

.
*Sniff*..."
"Huh?" Ichigo heard a familiar sniffle as he saw Mizuiro holding a new box of tissues.
"That was so sad man... What a beautiful scene!" He cried as he blew his nose, louder than last time.
Ichigo kicked him and sent him onto the floor with his ass up in the air in a similar fashion to last time.
"ARE YOU GONNA DO THIS EVERY DAMN TIME?!" Ichigo shouted, stepping on Mizuiro's raised ass.
"Absolutely *Sniff*" He cried, before standing up, causing Ichigo to lose his balance, and sweeping his leg causing him to fall on his own ass.
"Pfft!" Rukia broke out into a laugh.
Chad looked at the three with a silent smile as he watched Ichigo and Mizuiro enter a small scuffle.

A/N: Don't worry, Mizuiro will be killing hollows soon, you just gotta wait for something first before it happens.
