Chapter 56 Ichigo's house

His car wasn't anything special. Just a normal low cost car.

Tatsuki felt disappointed but she was also glad that it wasn't something Ichigo had touched.

It wasn't like she didn't believe in him but sometimes the original should be appreciated too.

She didn't know that it might look normal from the outside. But Ichigo already modded it entirely.

His car could be said to be high class artifact grade. It used spiritual power as energy.

Ichigo then drove everyone to his house.

He looked at Akeno who nodded to him.

She knew something about it but could not speak in front of the two.

"And what about Tatsuki's house and Akeno's house. Don't misunderstand. It isn't that I don't want you to stay at my house but I am a man you know."

Orihime felt sad at first but when she knew that Ichigo didn't mind her. She became happy again.

"I can't because tomorrow I will have to go to a Karate camp and my family is already out of town to visit the relatives."

Tatsuki felt bad that she couldn't help her friend.

She then looked at Akeno.

"Tomorrow there will be many guests coming to the shrine. So we don't have enough room for her for a few days."

Akeno felt like Tatsuki. And they came to Ichigo's house earlier because they wanted to ask him to let Orihime stay with him.

Ichigo thought about it a little bit. He could let her stay with him but when he needed to go on a mission it would be very inconvenient.

But he couldn't let his friend be homeless right.

"It's okay for you to stay over at my house but I might have to go out at night from time to time to work. Is that okay with you?"

Orihime was very happy that Ichigo didn't turn her down. If he were to turn her down. She wouldn't know where she should go.

"And Ichigo-kun, I have something to speak with you. Can you come with me for a bit?"

"Her apartment was destroyed by a hollow. That hollow target was Orihime but she was at school at that time."

Akeno extended her hand forward then a little bat appeared from her hand.

This was her familiar or shikigami.

Ichigo knew what to do with this shikigami. He caught it and then closed his eyes.

He absorbed its memories. And saw a big Hollow destroy the apartment, especially Orihime's room.

"Why…"

He didn't know why this hollow wanted to harm Orihime. But he will deal with it before it could do any irreparable damage.
