Days went by so quickly.

Ichigo's activities were going to school, playing with his friends, going home, playing with his little sisters, and grinding.

It was repetitive. but it was beneficial.

He could feel that he became stronger day by day.

And it was Saturday that Ichigo woke up so early in the morning.

Masaki and Isshin were still sleeping.

"I need to warm up. Today I might have to work out really hard."

His spiritual power and demonic power level was very high. But his physical level was really low.

He needed to be stronger physically otherwise his body might not be able to stand the power inside of him.

Even with the devil's physics it still wasn't enough.

He used seals as base then created many small magic rings and runes to put on the seal.

Seal worked like an engine while the magic circle worked like a controller and runes like capacitors.

They worked really well together.

Unfortunately, the highest gravity suppression that Ichigo could use was around 50 times normal.

50 times his weight it was almost two tons.

"I need more heavy cloth."

The higher his weight the more pressure he could feel.

Two was enough for now but not too long.

Ichigo then started running around the park at 4 am. The appointment time with Yoruichi was around 8 am until 5 pm.

So he had enough time to warm up.

Soifon was looking at her soon to be junior that was running around the park right now.

She wanted to wake him up and let him work out earlier than the appointment time.

Who would have thought that she didn't have to do anything.

She didn't know what kind of magic he used but it was very suitable to improve physical level.

It could be used on Shinigami too. That magic was ridiculous.

Soifon felt intrigue about the boy. She needed more information about him so she could accurately use the plan she made for him.

He ran for three hours straight.

And it was 7.00 o'clock. He left the park and headed home to have breakfast before he would go to the headquarters.

"No wonder why Yoruichi-sama wanted him. If we have him in our squad. There would be a huge qualitative change…"

Soifon got enough information to train him more effectively. His limit was higher than normal human beings.

After breakfast. Isshin spoke to Ichigo.

"Are you ready Ichigo? Training with that woman would be akin to torture. You can still back out now."

Isshin was worried. Not only because the training of Soifon was hellish.

If she caught that he was the devil. She might do something bad to him.

As for killing him she shouldn't do it because Ichigo was just a half devil and half human. Which was considered to be a taboo to the devil.

"Okay, If that is your decision. I will not stop you."

Ichigo then went out of the house and straight to the shrine to spend a little time with Akeno before going to the headquarters.

Only spending thirty minutes with her had already made her very happy.

He promised her that he would come here to play with her in the evening.
